Really Nice Place

This was a great place to stay. The property was clean and well kept. New furnishings made the stay feel very comfortable. Great pool, minutes from the beach, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

Accurate description and nice family place providing the kids a quiet bayside to swim and kayak and a nice swimming pool. Short drive to the beaches.

Nice townhouse and amenities

We enjoyed our stay and really like have two balconies with the view. It was nice having the kayaks available to use as well. Convenient location to restaurants and Johnson Beach.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo’s are wonderful the only thing we had issue with was the microwave didn’t work. My boys really enjoyed being able to go to the bay and fish.

Wonderful Vacation

Property was conveniently located with beautiful views. Very clean and beautifully decorated - beds very comfortable and we have back issues. Nice pool which wasn't overly crowded, even on the week of the 4th. All the residents of this property were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.l

Great location and great amenities

This is a super nice place that’s about 40 min from Pensacola international. It’s very quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. The kayaks were nice and shaded parking a plus. Property managers were very responsive to communication. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

We had an awesome time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Nice and big so we had room to spread out. We loved all the balconies. It had a nice view of the water.

Relaxing!

What a pleasant stay. It has been a long time since my family enjoyed such a relaxing vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the multiple decks for playing cards, eating and or just enjoying the great view. The only issue we had was reported shortly after arrival and it was resolved before going to bed. Fantastic! We are already discussing our next visit!

Amazing stay!

We planned our first trip to Perdido Bay and rented this place. It was awesome! It is clean, has a great, peaceful location, and has the most amazing views. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure is great. It has all appliances, which are a big help. When we return to the bay we will definitely rent there again. Thanks for the great memories!

Wonderful stay with lots to offer

We spent five nights at Don and Patty’s condo and it was excellent! It was so nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The king bed was firm, but comfortable for us. There were plenty of dishes and everything we needed in the kitchen. Our only suggestion would be hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. The unit was clean and the patios were great. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

This place was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view. Nice pool. Close to shopping and the beaches. Only downside was the fold out bed. It was uncomfortable but doable. Still have it 5 stars because of all the other benefits it offers. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great place

House was clean and worked well for our family. Location was good- in between Perdido Key and Pensacola. There is a speed limit sign right behind the parking spot- beware! It was great to have access to the Bay. House had what need- towels could use an upgrade. When you get home from a day in the sun something more soft would be great!

Family Trip

Wonderful condo! I loved the decor & views the best! We had a wonderful time in spite of the weather. Between storms we could walk across the parking lot to the pool. My son enjoyed a round of golf everyday that the weather permitted. Patty was very quick to respond to communication. The free activity a day is a wonderful bonus. This is just all around a great condo & deal!

Kid friendly

Everything was good about the stay. I would recommend more blankets perhaps. The neighborhood is kid friendly but the neighbor we had not so much. Trying to keep a toddler quiet as well as children under 10 is kinda difficult which is why we did our best to stay outdoors. I do appreciate the patience that was received tremendously.

Family fun!

This was a trip we made with our grandchildren & had a blast. We enjoyed the unit & our time in a like-home atmosphere. The only suggestion we would make is the sleeper sofa should be replaced. The sleeper bed was very difficult to get open, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the cushions for the couch repeatedly sunk down when sitting on it because of the condition of the sleeper component. Other than this, everything was awesome!

Great place for family!

Nice little place! Lots of space to stretch out and love the little beach right across the parking lot. Pool was super close too! Would definitely stay here again!

Not a great stay

The thermostat was locked at 72, we sweated every single day and night. The dishwasher broke on day 3, someone did not come until two days later. There were not enough towels, laundry had to be done EVERY single night! You really couldn't park in the carport because it was very tight! Check in was not until 4, I asked the night before if we could check in any earlier. I was told if we could an new code would be sent to me, we arrived at 3 and there was no one there! My code would not work until 4 o'clock on the dot! I paid for that day and I can't check in until 4, when the cleaning was done way prior to this. Bed in the second bedroom was smaller than in the pictures. It was also soaking wet, did not notice until we went to go get in the bed. Had to strip the sheets and figure out other bedding for the night. For the amount of fees we pay, especially cleaning fee, I should not have to be cleaning on my vacation everyday. I will not be booking again..

Great slice of paradise!

The house was very well taken care of and had all the essentials that you would need. We were provided with beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and beach floaties. That was a great plus!! The views from both balconies were great-we watched dolphins swim in the bay. Loved that we had a private beach the kids could swim, crab hunt and Kayak in. The community was very friendly! We will defiantly rent here again!! Our entire family loved this place!!

Pensacola Getaway

The property and location was very nice. Loved it. Only issue was, I found water on the stairwell entrance. I noticed water pockets in the walls and dripping from the ceiling. I called the property manager. He sent out maintenance. I had to wait on maintenance to come out. He was nice.
