Condo was beautifully decorated… the space suited our needs.. We love The Broadmoor… have been staying in various condos here for the last 12 years with my family… Have so many memories….

All pretty to good except the dishwasher not working that took all vacation to work out and find out I would not have to pay for it getting fixed after we left since we reported it a day after we arrived .... then had to do dishes daily while we were on vacation. We finally got the problem resolved after we left.

Very nice condo. Was clean, just a few steps from the elevator and quick access to the pool and beach. Spacious living and dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. The twin beds could have been fulls. The only other thing was the dishwasher was inoperable. Will definitely be back!

Master bedroom was perfect…from the view to the spaciousness to the bed itself, it was perfection, put family of four had a fantastic trip to Orange Beach. We spent every morning having coffee on the porch and every evening playing cards there.

The place was great with a perfect beach view. My only complaints were the king bed mattress was noisy when getting on/off and the sofa was flat in the middle. Everything else was good and we had no problems during our stay.

Sorry about the noisy king mattress and the sagging sofa — we’ll inspect the mattress and repair or replace it as needed, and have the sofa cushions assessed and refreshed or replaced. Great Porch and sitting area.

When it was too cold to sit out on the porch, there is a great sitting area in the bedroom with a floor to ceiling window giving a great view of the beach. Great place to stay.

This property was very clean & up to date, & the beach was not crowded due to the number of overall units in the property. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and views

Overall the stay was fantastic. Views were great from the balcony and waking to views of the beach in bed was the best. Only feedback I could give to make it a little better would be to have a few basic cooking spices (salt pepper ect.) it didn’t really affect us much. Would definitely stay here again

perfect!

This is a great place to stay. It's clean and beautiful. Literally right on the beach, and not in a super busy area, so very peaceful. Very easy checkin and checkout. Easy communication with the property manager. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful unit with easy access to room and to beach!

This unit was beautiful and just the right size for our family of 4 adults. The size of the building is nice as well so you have easy access to elevators and the beach as opposed to a huge complex. The master bedroom was huge, probably the nicest master we've stayed in, with a sitting area and a walk in closet.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo on the beach. We had such a great time at the beach and playing in the pool. Once we purchased our groceries there was not need to leave again! We will be contacting Lisa for our next trip to Orange Beach!

Beach Vacation

Condo was very clean and nice. Couch/sofa bed did not sit comfortably. Easy access to beach and pool. Overall, very nice and would stay there again!

Great vaca condo!!!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated! The 3rd floor location was great. The construction could be quite noisy doing the day and the pool wasn’t usable. Otherwise, this was an awesome place to stay.

We had a great experience. Condo was identical to pictures. HUGE master suite. Kitchen items and linens were in new condition. Beach location was perfect! Just a short walk.

We will be back

The condo was just as stated online. Beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf. We watched dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. Convenient to everything you need including the Blue Angles practice. Loves this place and will book the same unit next year.

Just what we needed!!

The property was very clean and spacious. The beach front view from the balcony was awesome. We spent several nights sleeping to the sounds of the gulf. If there was anything that I could have changed it would have been the construction that was going on daily.

Great Condo

Property is nice but if you are traveling in a large Suv or Truck indoor parking is very limited. You will have to park outside. We found maybe 4 spaces to accommodate.

Amazing vacation trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! We did not really like the construction of our balcony and construction beside our condo but we made the best of it! This condo was so much more comfortable and convenient than the other one that I had booked! We will definitely consider staying here again! We met some really nice people and the staff of condo was great! We tried to leave this condo as nice as we found it! Hope to see y’all again next year!
