Welcome to our Beach House, OBX Beach Xanadu, situated in the serene Outer Banks of North Carolina! We're glad you're here!! Now.... LET'S GET YOU READY TO VACAY!!

Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway is located in a quiet, highly sought after residential neighborhood, right in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, making it centrally located to all things OBX and just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing you to start your vacation as soon as you drop your luggage!!

To ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide a starter of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags. While these items are intended to get you started, we recommend bringing additional supplies or purchasing more as needed during your stay.
The house has a fully applianced kitchen, perfect for whipping up a meal with ingredients from the easily accessible local grocery store, located right at the end of the street! Recently added items make sure that the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home.

The Master Bedroom, designed for your comfort, features a King bed. Guest Room 1 houses a queen bed, and Guest Room 2 offers two twin beds. Each room is furnished with freshly laundered, high-end bedding and linens to ensure a luxurious, restful sleep. We also provide towels and washcloths, but kindly ask that you bring your own beach and hot tub towels. For an enhanced restful experience, all bedrooms are equipped with sound machines and Himalayan Rock Salt lamps. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is furnished with a Roku Wi-Fi TV. Feel free to log in with your accounts on your favorite apps and make yourself right at home. Underneath the home for your convenience is is where you will find a shared laundry room, (if there are any guests in the efficiency apartment), for which to wash and dry your clothing or towels during your stay!!

In addition to the comforts of our beach house, the Outer Banks offers a plethora of activities to keep you entertained throughout your stay. Enjoy a day at the beach, whether you choose to walk (less than a mile), bike or drive, where you can soak up the sun, surf the waves, or try your hand at fishing. The central location of Kill Devil Hills means you're in the heart of it all, with a variety of restaurants offering everything from fresh seafood to local cuisine. Experience the vibrant nightlife, with numerous bars and restaurants offering live music and entertainment. For a touch of adventure, you can also go on excursions to nearby attractions, and For those who love outdoor activities, a bike path is conveniently located nearby, which can take you to experience one of the our amazing sunsets!

If you're keen on embarking on an unforgettable adventure, the Outer Banks has plenty to offer! You can journey to the northernmost part of the Outer Banks to Corova, a unique, car-free zone (4 Wheel Drive vehicles ONLY) that's home to a herd of wild Spanish Mustangs! These horses roam freely, and a guided tour can help you spot them safely while learning about their history and preservation efforts. Carova also boasts some GORGEOUS homes and huge beaches!!
Alternatively, if you be a pirate lover, take a day trip to Ocracoke Island by ferry! This charming island, accessible only by boat, offers a unique experience with its rich history, beautiful beaches, and a quaint village, filled with local shops and restaurants. It's a perfect place to spend a day exploring, and don't forget to visit the famous Ocracoke Lighthouse. You may even find some buried treasure!
Also, be sure not to miss the chance to visit the charming town of Manteo, just a short drive from Kill Devil Hills. This picturesque waterfront town is a treasure trove of history, culture, and natural beauty. Wander through the historic downtown, where you'll find a variety of unique shops, art galleries and delicious local restaurants. Manteo is also home to The North Carolina Aquarium where you can observe rescued sea turtles!
Take a step back in time at the Roanoke Island Festival Park, where you can learn about the first English settlers who arrived in America. The Elizabethan Gardens, a living memorial to the first colonists, is a must-see.
