Luxury House Near Downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont

Stay in this incredible newly constructed home located in beautiful Chestnut Hill. This is the largest master suite in the house with luxury bathroom touches and his/hers closet. Comes with advanced bathroom controls. Very large closet. Free parking and within a 2 minutes drive of Downtown, 7 minutes drive to Vanderbilt/Midtown, 7 minutes drive to Belmont.

All the bedrooms are master suites (with luxury private bathroom) - two rooms are located on the 2nd floor and the third room is located on the third floor. There is a mini-fridge, TV and cleaning supplies in each room. We will provide weekly replacement of towels, bedding etc. every Saturday in a nearby closet. If you need regular cleaning of your room or the entire house, we will be happy to send a cleaner (at your own cost) when needed. Your room includes basic cleaning and sweeping equipment.

Each room will also have a large trash can for you to dispose your trash - you can drop your full trash bags in the big brown trash can in the garage. Do not move or take anything from the garage.

You'll see Wifi and other house instructions when your reservation is confirmed. We will also provide additional guides for navigating the house (operating your TV, disposing garbage, parking your car, using the washer/dryer, using the kitchen etc.).
