Newly Renovated UNIT 4D3: Waves and waves of pure bliss will warmly welcome you into this incredible third-floor corner two-bedroom condo!

Gorgeous ocean colors blend with rich textures to create a most comfortable island ambiance! Spacious open kitchen and dining area, with extra side windows for added sunlight. Whimsical artwork throughout provides the perfect seaside accents. Flat screen TVs in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Third-floor corner location provides spectacular wrap-around beach views high atop the trees!

Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful and peaceful stay on a beautiful island. The heated pool was great since it was cold while we were there. Screened in porch kept the biting bugs at bay. The storage room by our parking spot was a huge plus too. Will definitely stay again.

Great location

The property on the outside looks like “old Florida” but the inside is totally remodeled and updated. The property is well maintained by the property managers and they were super helpful. Great shelling and in the center of it all.

The unit was absolutely PERFECT! We will be returning! Loved everything about this unit. It was sparkling clean, has stunning views, is tastefully decorated....super comfortable, honestly just perfect :) The only tiny bummer was the old-school filter coffee pot...haven't seen one of those in a while (we missed our pods). The Ocean's Reach staff were all delightful and their communication was excellent from start to end. We didn't really need anything from them after check-in, but they said they were available if we needed anything. They seemed genuinely invested in making our stay GREAT! We appreciated their kindness! There is a unique cheerful vibe at Ocean's Reach, we absolutely looooved it. Be back soon!

The condo was amazing - views, location, and a wonderful nice space for our family of 4 (kids 11 and 13). Wish we could have 2 weeks! Guest services is super helpful and responsive when you need additional items like dish soap or toilet paper. It's worth noting that this is a brand new unit so there are no left over essentials that you typically find in a vrbo (seasonings/salt or pepper, napkins, cooking oils, limited kitchen utensils, body wash, etc) - just something to be prepared for.

If you’re looking for a 2 bedroom condo right on the beach with gorgeous views, this is your place. Everything is new.Ocean Reach is very clean and management was so helpful.Loved having the recliner in the living room.

Thank you for recommending Ocean’s Reach, and we appreciate your note about the no-see-ums - it’s definitely something to be prepared for on the island. Our preferred spray is Picaridin, which can be bought on Amazon (we even keep a stash in the office if guests want to purchase a can).

We loved it!

This condo was perfect. Great location, very clean and the view was awesome. Loved having the screened in patio to keep the bugs out while we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was very nice. We did not need to contact maintenance for anything but there were several staff walking around the condo and were friendly. I highly recommend this condo. It was also nice being close to Jerry's, the local grocery which also had really good breakfast. We hope to be back next year!

Our unit on the 3rd floor was beautiful and had everything we needed. The grounds and pool area were pretty and well maintained. The on site management team were all very nice and so helpful! Would highly recommend staying here!

We love Sanibel and have visited the area multiple times. First time staying here and we would again! Had two kids with us (3&6) and the location to the beach and access to the pool was perfect! Storage locker had extra shovels, chairs and beach supplies. Rented an umbrella and towels from the condo office that worked great. Condo was clean and new and great to stay in. Two things to know- there was no ‘extra’ supplies except for dishwasher soap/laundry detergent. We went to cook and had no cooking oil or aluminum foil… some basics that have been at any other place we have rented. Not a deal breaker just wished we knew before so we could have brought some things from home.Also the pool is adults only till 10am each day which is a terrible time with little kids. Would love to see it be 1-3pm when most little kids are napping. Or have the adult swim even earlier in the day. For the most part the pool was empty so it didn’t seem to matter but we did have one lady who clearly wanted the adult swim till 10am and we wound up leaving the pool area.
