Newly Renovated UNIT 4D2: This gorgeous two-bedroom corner unit provides spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Perfectly capturing a big and breezy, sophisticated yet fun beach look, this condo is anything but cookie cutter. Unique upscale furnishings, rich diverse textures, and an ultra-sleek feel make this vacation home truly special. The superbly equipped kitchen offers granite countertops and a one-of-a-kind layout. Showcase features extend to both custom baths and bedrooms.

The living room now features all-new (September of 2025) furniture, including a comfortable power recliner, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Flat-screen TVs in all rooms. King bed in the master, unique full-sized Murphy bed with a brand-new plush mattress in the guest room easily allow for couples to travel together, along with a new queen-sized sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy: 6 people.

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master bedroom. The second-floor corner location lets you wake up to sunrise views and look forward to a beautiful beach day just steps away!

Outstanding condominium and complex! Condo was super clean, well stocked kitchen, new appliances and completely updated. Oceans Reach condo complex is very nice! Tennis court, shuffle board, grilling area, right on the beach! BEAUTIFUL Sunrise and Sunsets right in front of the beach! Really had a great time! ᴸᵛᴱ the Location! Very helpful office staff.

The view was just beautiful from morning sunrise through sunset .The kitchen was well equipped. I had all that I needed to be able to fix each meal.

The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. The location on the beach is perfect as we were able to walk out from our condo right to the Gulf multiple times a day without having to drive to fight parking at the other beaches. I highly recommend this condo and this resort.

The condo was beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. The ocean view from the living room area and master bedroom were breathtaking. Check in/check out was very easy. I liked the fact that there was just a code to get into the condo and no key necessary. Our flight got in early and they were able to accommodate us early too. The office lady was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at Oceans Reach and particularly this unit. We had a great time.

The location was ideal although maintenance and inspections due to the past natural disasters may have happened frequently during our stay, the inconvenience was minimal. The only other main issue I had was minor and that was the elevator access made you walk around the entire either end of the building. An access ramp at the elevator to the parking area would be ideal… other than that, the unit was awesome and the location can’t be beat. The pool was perfect and the beach access was directly downstairs from the unit. Given the destruction surrounding the area, this is definitely a diamond in the rough. We will be back!

Vacation Getaway🏝️

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place to stay, enjoyed the newly renovated condo. Was pretty clean when we arrived other than the no see ums getting into the condo. We couldn’t open the patio door or even sit on the patio without being attacked by them. We had to vacuum daily, clean the counter tops and wipe out the sinks to get rid of them. We sat on the beach outside of our condo the first day for a couple hours and had gone inside with hundreds of bites covering our bodies. It really put a damper on the remaining part of our vacation. We’d love to come back and visit being that the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but will think twice because of our experience with the bug bites.

Million dollar views!

I just finished my stay in 4D2 and I can't say enough about how wonderful this place was! The view of the gulf from the lanai and master bedroom was incredible. The unit is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils/items. All of the fixtures and furniture appeared to be high end and modern. The only thing even remotely negative I could possibly say would be about the murphy bed as it would be great for kids but adults may find it a little uncomfortable. The amenities in the complex were outstanding and the shell cleaning station really came in handy! The complex was quiet and there was plenty of space to enjoy the beach. The entire complex is amazing and the other guests/owners were all so pleasant. The location is fantastic. We visited a few local restaurants on the island and took a few trips back over the causeway to Ft Myers for dining and mini golf. I will definitely be back to Ocean's Reach and highly recommend unit 4D2 or really any other unit within the complex! #SanibelStrong

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in this unit seemed brand new and was very clean. The property description was accurate and actually better than the pictures. The property managers were very helpful and friendly. Loved that we could rent bikes and umbrella on site. The location on the island is perfect and proximity to the beach is awesome!! We loved it so much we booked for next year. I would recommend spray for the no see ums- that was the only thing we didn’t like. We also had the best food while we were there!! We ate at Gramma Dots, Doc Fords, The Timbers (twice!), Rosalita’s (so fun because it was Cinco de Mayo!), The Green Flash on Captiva and Tutti Pazzi. Would also recommend Captiva Cruises. We did the sunset cruise and it was great! Looking forward to next year’s visit.

Perfection

Very nice room! Very impressed! Everything about the stay was excellent, even the beds. The only downside was a few flying, biting bugs along pathways. Bring bug spray. Besides that, it is a perfect little getaway!

Great beach location!

Easiest check-in and check-out process ever. The condo was clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. The view is beautiful and it is a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

Great location right on the beach for great sunset & sunrise views- pool is small in complex but nice grills & tennis courts- easy to bike up to Jerry’s & shops - but you do need a car to get to restaurants- great shelling! Only covid thing is to bring your own condiments & salt & pepper etc - hope to be back!
