The Perfect Mountain Getaway!!!

Our mountain home is situated on 1.2 acres and nestled among the trees, with breathtaking views of nearby mountain peaks. ONLY 20 MINUTES TO BRECKENRIDGE, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of being right in the mountains, yet still be convenient to all that Breckenridge has to offer. 3600 sq. ft with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 10 people in beds.

We own and personally manage our home and love to talk about it so please don’t be shy about contacting us. No one knows Lincoln View Lodge better than we do.

On the main level the master bedroom has a king bed as well as an ensuite bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with shower.

On the lower level you will find a game room with a wall of windows that surrounds the pool table and foosball table. The 3rd bedroom/study has one king and one twin bed. The 4th bedroom has 4 twin beds that make it a perfect kids room. Both of these bedrooms share a downstairs bathroom which features a shower, as well as a full size washer and dryer. There is also access to the outdoor hot tub that has amazing views of the nearby mountains.

There is easy access to hiking, biking and fishing within a 1 mile radius of the house. The house is at an altitude of 11K feet so a 4-wheel drive vehicle/ all wheel drive is necessary during the winter months. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

We had an awesome vaca in the mountain getaway. The house was very spacious and well equipped. The mountain views were amazing, especially with the big picture windows. It did happen to snow while we were there with our family and just made it all the more beautiful. The toddler gate at top of stairs was also a huge plus as we traveled with our small granddaughter. We made use of the fireplace as the weather got super cold for us Houstonians. Host was very attentive and detailed with directions regarding the house. Would love to return one day.

Breathtaking views

Very accurate listing with gorgeous views! Very comfortable beds and furniture, fully stocked kitchen, lots of family games, carpeted stairs with a baby gate at the top of the stairs much appreciated with our 2 year old. Great hot tub and sleds for the kids available! Great location close to Breckenridge!

Breathtaking View!

Our family of 8 absolutely LOVED this cabin. The pictures of the cabin and it's views simpky don't do it justice. We'd love to spend time here again. It had everything we needed and made for a wonderful week for our family.

Beautiful Property.

My brother and I decided to have a bro's weekend in the mountains. We could not have picked a better cabin in a better location. The cabin was well appointed with an amazing backdrop of mountains and trees. Roman was very responsive with my booking and also my questions. I would definitely stay again.

Peace and Quiet

Fantastic house in the most beautiful setting. The snow was deep for our trip, but someone (courteous neighbor?) plowed to two or three inches so that even lower clearance cars would have little trouble getting in and out of the street. Proper winter traction equipment still a must, obviously. The house has pretty much everything you could think you might need, and even some things you might not. It's obvious this home is more than just a full time rental.

Beautiful home, plenty of space for family, fully equipped. Due to secluded location at almost 12,000 ft elevation, wifi and dish satellite service was poor. But you don't really need those with the spectacular views from the home!

Well-provisioned house

The house was comfortable and well-provisioned, with lots of dishes, utensils, pits, pans, etc. The knives could use sharpening, but that was the only complaint we could come up with after a lot of head scratching. Easy driving distance to Fairplay and hiking opportunities. A relaxing visit for a group of longtime friends!

Mountain getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great for all the activities we wanted to do, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and shopping. And the view was unbeatable!

Wonderful accomodations!

House is private, with gorgeous views! Hiking and fishing near the property, make sure to read the black binder with all sorts of hiking tips. We really did have a great time, house is as described. No complaints here! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Alma Adventure

Our group of 8 had a very comfortable stay here. The views are beautiful. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen. Firewood was plentiful and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. You definitely need a four wheel drive, as suggested. We had a great stay!

Beautiful house, stunning views

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The kitchen was stocked very well - everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. The best part of the house is definitely the view of the mountains. If you have x-c skis, you can ski down the road and around the reservoir. There was a ton of snow during our visit so 4WD was a must. The house is at a high altitude so be prepared if you are not used to that.

Beautiful property!

We stayed for almost a week for a family vacation. The house is beautiful, although with the amount of snow on the roadways, the drive into Breckenridge was lengthy at times. Prior to our arrival, we stopped to grocery shop in Denver. We bought everything we needed, including spices and condiments. Upon arrival to the house, we discovered spices and mustard, ketchup, etc.; was stocked and ready. Crockpot came in handy after a long day on the slopes. The game room downstairs was a hit with our 20-something kids, including the pool table and foosball table. Nice hot tub, lots of games and puzzles. We hiked around the property and sledded down the hills nearby. Only negative I can comment on was the mattresses were in need of update. Overall, we LOVED our stay!! Thank you to the owner and VRBO!! Will recommend this property to anyone!!!!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the mattresses.

Family vacation

The home is spacious and plenty of indoor activities is bonus for evenings. With it being summer time we were out hiking and fishing, exploring the area during most days. The kitchen offered us the option of cooking dinners, I personally love a kitchen filled with people and good food. The views are spectacular! Roman was very easy to communicate with, and the cleaning lady we met on our way out was very friendly and does a really good job ,(when we arrived everything was clean and in order.). The parking is minimal, with a group of ten be sure you can get it all in two vehicles.

The home has a lot of big windows with awesome views! Plenty of room for everyone.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Lincoln View Lodge - the views from the many windows were stunning; the location is nice - private, yet close to Breckenridge and Fairplay; the layout of the home provided plenty of room for everyone - the game room was a fun addition. We enjoyed the firepit on the deck, and the fireplace in the living room - great setting for our family gatherings. Probably the only drawback is that the home is accessed by going down a number of stairs. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back next summer.
