Shiphouse 5 encompasses all three condos of the amazing twelve-bedroom oceanfront condos, designed to resemble the hull of a ship.
On the ground level, an oceanfront pool provides a refreshing spot to read, relax or refresh after a day in the sand. You won't miss the ocean when you have spacious balconies, a rooftop deck, mesmerizing waves, ocean breezes and your own seaside pool.
Shiphouse features three levels with identical floor plans—four bedrooms and a living area on each floor. Upon entering any level of the residence from the outdoor staircases or private elevators, guests are greeted with expansive ocean views to the east and spacious bedrooms to the west. Each floor has the same floor plan, with a kitchen, living area and four bedrooms. The living areas feature an open dining area, living room and kitchen with gourmet appliances and island seating. All floors feature a full, gourmet kitchen. The living areas have 180-degree views of the ocean and a wraparound balcony for enjoying the ocean breeze. Whether dining, cooking, playing games or gathering for a cocktail, the Atlantic Ocean is your backdrop from the living area.
On the western wing of the house, each of the twelve bedrooms has an en suite bath. The three master bedrooms are spacious with a King bed and each en suite has a garden soaking tub. Each floor includes a “bunk room” with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for families with children.
Shiphouse features hardwood floors throughout, beautiful architectural finishes and comfortable, coastal furnishings. On each floor, an extra half bathroom in the hallway is an added convenience.
Above the penthouse level is a rooftop deck that spans the entire length of Shiphouse. The deck is an amazing gathering place that includes tables and chairs for outdoor dining, a grilling area with running water, and a sitting area to take in the ocean views.
During the summer months, Shiphouse requires all floors to be rented for seven-night minimum stay with a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule only.
