Breathtaking view

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home was spacious. The views were AMAZING and the best part of our stay! Priscilla was great and communicated easily. I would stay here again.

Weekend Get Away

Our family of four including two early 20-something kids had a great time. The townhouse is well laid-out with three large bedrooms with comfortable beds, including a very spacious master. Terrific balcony views of the sunset, the marsh and Atlantic City. A short walk to the beach was great and there are a lot of other beach access points on Brigantine if you want to drive. We felt very much at home and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy to cook breakfasts both mornings. Check in was very easy with the surprise benefit of a bottle of champagne and snacks awaiting arrival. All in, we had a great experience and found the location a perfect blend of quiet and easy access to everything we wanted. Would happily recommend to anyone and look forward to staying again.

PERFECT place for a weekend getaway on the beach!

Priscilla's beach house in Brigantine, NJ is all you can want and more for a beach getaway. The home overlooks the Atlantic City skyline and has amazing views of the summer sunsets. Watching the sunset from the second floor balcony was one of our favorite parts of our vacation! I spent the weekend in Brigantine with a group of seven and the house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Some condiments in the fridge to get us started, beach chairs, beach towels, four beach tags, plenty of kitchen items to cook with, cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. There is so much seating throughout the house and it was truly a cozy beach home vibe. The home was even equipped with books and some board games! The bedrooms were all spacious and had plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. The pack n play that is available is also a ice touch, although we did not have any children with us. Communication was quick and easy with both Priscilla and her husband! They even left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge, which was so nice. The home has a locking system that is tied to an app you can download to your phone. The app allows you to lock and unlock the front door, which made the check in process extremely easy and efficient. We had an issue with one of our phone numbers recognizing the app and Priscilla and her husband walked us through how to set it up. We had no issues at all with check-in or out! The home itself is in an adorable neighborhood just off of the bay/inlet in Brigantine, NJ. The "Cove" beach is right behind the home, which is the drive on beach for the island. The path is walkable to enjoy the beach but you do need a parking permit from the city to drive your own vehicle onto the beach there. It was about a 3 minute walk to the start of the path from the home. We absolutely loved how quick and easy it was to get to the beach! The home is about a 10 minute uber ride from Atlantic City and we ventured into the city one of the evenings, which was perfect. I highly recommend this property! There was not a single thing we needed that wasn't already available and I couldn't have wished for a more amazing time in Brigantine and in Priscilla's home. Thank you to you and your husband for an amazing vacation and stay in your home! :) I will definitely be back next summer!!!

Comfortable, Clean, & Beautiful

The layout of the house was amazing, very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable especially for families. Frank made us feel welcomed and communicated well. Neighbors were friendly. Peaceful and respectable neighborhood.The view from both balconies were beautiful.

Wonderful place just minutes from the beach

We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was the perfect place to enjoy the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and included some breakfast and snack items. There is plenty of parking (the driveway can really only fit 1 car, but there's tons of street parking under a minute walk away). Check in was very easy, and the hosts were very responsive to some questions we had about the area. While you can easily walk to the beach, we found that driving a couple minutes over to Hail Lane and walking to the beach from there was a much more relaxing area.

The way Brigantine Beach should be

We enjoyed our long weekend at Frank and Priscilla's beautiful Brigantine Beach Condo. We were greeted upon arrival with champagne and snacks for us to enjoy.The home is depicted very well in the photos. Bright, clean and well cared for. The views are breathtaking. The location is perfect. Beach access and great fishing located just a block from the condo. The hosts were very communicative and very accomodating. We hope to visit again.

Lovely home and town

Very nice home . Great view of marsh over to Atlantic City. Convenient walk or bike ride to lovely beaches . Hosts very accommodating . TV and wireless worked well. Clean . Good kitchen and layout . Would come back in a second .

Fantastic View and Host!

We had a lovely time at Priscillaā€™s townhome in Brigantine. Communication with Priscilla was exceptional, and the treats she left for us were greatly appreciated. The townhome has a wonderful view across to Atlantic City, and is a 5 to 10 minute easy walk to the beach. Inside was very comfortable. Not a brand new or luxury property (a couple of windows would not open, a couple of blinds were broken) ā€” but everything was nice and clean, and we would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our much needed time away

The owner, Priscilla was extremely accommodating. Allowed for an early check in and offered a late check out. We loved Brigantine! Views were phenomenal from the decks. More spacious than pictures showed. 2 cars fit in driveway. We would definitely recommend for people to stay here. It was a great time and all our basic needs met. Priscilla was very responsive and we had no problems. Kitchen was tight for more than 1-2 people to work in. Bottle of champagne was a nice welcome gift. I would give 5 stars however it was dated in some respects. Wear and tear on bedding. Hand railings on stairs need a good cleaning. We were six adults. The full bed should be upgraded to a queen. We brought an air mattress. It really wasnā€™t suitable for 2 people my daughter ended up on air mattress for two nights. Closets were accessible on the bottom floor but not on the master. Drove to ocean at 16th street. Walked to cove beach. A/C views and a 10 minute drive. Be careful of sand tics... we had one bite! Priscilla thank you for the restaurant suggestions. It was a great time! We will be back.

Excellent stay

Really just a great all-around experience. For me, the biggest obstacles/challenges were a) traveling during a pandemic and b) traveling with a 1 year old. This house was great for both. It was very clean and well cared for - felt like it was a home and not just a rental property. The owner's communication was a 10 out of 10 and was super accommodating to us. Not the cheapest place, but I felt that the experience was worth the value received. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Best shore home on VRBO

This house was very nice to pull up to. The neighborhood is very friendly and has a beautiful location on the bay. It was easy to check in as they have a padlock with a code. Walking into the house it was very clean and we entered the house right before sunset. It was perfect to get to see the beautiful view on the deck upstairs. We felt very welcomed. Priscilla also had left us a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. It was a very exciting way to begin our vacation. The house is very spacious with plenty of room to relax. My favorite part about renting this home was not only the beautiful view with the skyline but also all of the greenery to go with it. I would definitely rent with Priscilla again :-)
