This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, family-size outdoor shower, single-family home is just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to the bay. Located on a 1-way street in a quiet neighborhood. Our home is completely renovated inside providing all modern amenities: updated eat-in kitchen w/ new appliances and hardwood floors, new bathrooms with marble tile and fixtures, entire house repainted, new furniture throughout the entire home. New private outdoor shower and changing area. Front patio and back porch with outdoor dining table. Beach chairs are provided. Centrally located within walking distance to the dog beach, great restaurants, Wawa, food market, pizza shops, ice cream parlor, and pharmacy. We offer 3 beach tags, fire-pit, movies, board games, high-speed wireless internet, and FireStick TV.

Great place to stay - 100% recommend

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable and the backyard was great. It was also very close to the beach and great places to eat. Would stay again for sure.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

Lisa's property was charming, well equipped, and ideally located between the bay and the beach. We had a lovely stay. The master bedroom is spacious and the meticulously manicured yard with well maintained back deck were great. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Girls getaway

The house was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and looks brand new inside. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms nice. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. The house is so nice. There is a beautiful deck with table and chairs outback. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

Had a wonderful time at Lisa’s house. It was clean and adorable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had perfect pressure. Enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck and even on the Adirondack chairs out front. Love Brigantine Beach! This house was in a perfect location. Quiet street, 2 blocks from the beach, and close to many restaurants. My husband especially loved the proximity to WAWA…great subs and coffee!

Really nice place. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was perfect as were commuting to AC for a basketball tournament which was only 10 minutes away. The 3 BR/2 full bath setup was ideal for us as we had 4 adults and a teenager. Having the second full bathroom was so convenient. Lisa was so easy to work with. We had a small issue initially with the internet when we first arrived but she answered my texts and worked diligently to resolve the issue right away. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful House!! Wondeful Location!! Wonderful Time!!

First, I want to say that Lisa was an exceptional host. She was prompt with communication, and very extremely accommodating:) Next, the house was adorable! Honestly, the perfect house for us, and very clean and organized. It had a warm, cozy and beach feel to it which we loved! The location was also wonderful...blocks from the beach, shops etc...no driving unless you want to! This was definitely one of the best vacations I have been on...stress free ..relaxing and fun ! I stayed with my 18 year old daughter, her best friend since preschool, and her friends mom. It was an amazing friendship/graduation vacation that we will not forget!!:)

Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this adorable house! Lisa was a great host - the house was very clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated throughout, and well stocked with everything we needed. The master bedroom suite is huge! In addition to the air conditioning (one bedroom does not have air conditioning, but we did not find it to be a problem), there were ceiling fans throughout the house. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces - both the deck, with a large table and chairs, and the front porch area with Adirondack chairs. The 2 trees in the front yard provided nice privacy from the street. We also loved the huge outdoor shower. Like the inside, the outside areas were very neat and well kept. The house is located close to both the beach - a very nice quiet beach area, with a lifeguarded beach close by - and the bay. Wawa's, a gift shop, and a nice Mexican restaurant are all within walking distance, and CVS and Acme are a short drive. We appreciated the fact that 4 beach tags and 4 beach chairs were provided as well. An added bonus was staying next to some really nice neighbors! Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back again!

Beautiful place

Went with friends to Atlantic City to see Chicago on New Year’s Eve. Decided to stay in Brigantine at this adorable little place. I can imagine how much fun it would be in the summertime, because we had an amazing time in the winter time. Perfect location perfect little place. Would recommend to anybody!!!

House was very clean & well equipped. One bedroom did not have ac. Nice deck. Easy walk to beach. All in all a good experience.

Brigantine memories

Loved the house and location. The only problem was the sporadic internet and television. Not a big tv watcher, but like to watch the news in the am and catch a show before bed to wind down. On the other hand my husband was not at all happy with the tv. That was the only problem. House was adorable and very clean. Would rent it again.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family decided to go away over Easter break for a change of scenery and some disconnect from regular life and chose this wonderful house. It was better than expected and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and cozy! Short walk to the beach which is what I loved the most! Will definitely stay again!

Great beach getaway

We were looking for a short, safe getaway during Covid and we couldn’t have found a better place! Lisa’s home is clean, cozy and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a slight mix up about linens but, she was very gracious and we worked it out. She is a great host and is quick to reply. We will definitely plan a trip back to Brigantine and stay here again!

great beach getaway

this is what we envisioned for our beach getaway. great beach house in a nice neighborhood, short walk to beach and bay. ample room for home cooked meals and grilling & hanging out on the deck. check in/out was incredibly simple, and additional cleaning supplies were onsite which made us feel at ease.

Quick Getaway
