Looking for the perfect place for your family getaway. Enjoy the comfort or our rustic modern home in the heart of Fraser.

This new 3-bedroom 3.5 bath home is equipped with all the modern comforts, amenities and furnishing. With over 2200 sq. feet and two living areas there is plenty of room. Take in the mountain views from the deck or while cozying up to the fire. You'll love the master suite with a queen bed, 5-piece master bath and views of Byers Peak. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the basement bedroom has double over double bunk bed. Each bedroom has it’s own bath making it comfortable for everyone.

Conveniently located right in Fraser within walking distance to bars, restaurants and grocery stores. You can also access great walking, hiking and world class mountain biking trails right out your door. Downtown Winter Park with shops and restaurants is less than 3 miles. This location is directly on the free bus line for easy access to the Winter Park Ski Resort or if you want to drive it’s less than 12 minutes away.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful deal for all that is included in the stay. You have so much room for many people to stay. You’re able to cool your own meals if you want- as there is a grocery store right down the street. Everything was absolutely wonderful regarding our stay!

Perfect Place!

Great location! Great place to stay! Great views from the property! Easily accessible to town and Winter Park Resort. Love the upscale feel of the place. Beds are comfy. BIG! Lots of room / room to spread out! Property Manager very easy to work with. Stay here -- it's great!

Great Stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here on our spring break ski trip. This place was perfect for us and was one of the best places we've stayed. The condo was very well-equipped - we like to cook some meals on our stays, and this place had everything we needed! More than enough room for the 5 of us. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is great! We found the layout very quiet, which is nice with 3 kids. Really, everything about this place was fantastic - location is great, views are great, comfort level high! Brandy was a great communicator and we will definitely look for this place again on our next trip to WP.

Fantastic Winter Park Home!

This home is amazing and looks exactly like the pictures. Two families (7 people total) stayed here and it was very comfortable and spacious. We liked the multiple levels as the adults were upstairs in the kitchen/living room area while the kids were downstairs in the lower level TV room playing games. The location is great. We went skiing everyday and it was about a 8-10 minute drive to the base, and a 5 minute drive to the main downtown area. We didn't use the shuttle but did see the pick up spot was decently close to the home. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Perfection!

We stayed at this property for a family ski vacation. We were 2 families and it couldn't have been a better fit and is better than the photos! The best VRBO we've stayed in. We arrived to a personalized welcome basket and the check-in process was well communicated so we knew just what to do. The main level is sun drenched with fantastic views and a cozy fireplace. The property has everything you need including a crockpot. There was nothing we needed missing. There is a 2nd family room in the lower level with a mini fridge for the kids to have their own hangout area. Tastefully decor, quality linens and functionality is the icing on the cake. Stop at the Safeway just before you check in, it's super close. It is an easy drive to the ski resort and there is even a bus if you don't want to deal with resort parking. Make sure you check out Fraser Tubing Hill, this was so much fun even for adults. I can say with confidence you won't be disappointed with this property! Loved it and will book for all our future ski weekends.

Great Stay!!!

Excellent Hospitality! Brandy was very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had. House was decorated in Christmas Décor which was a added touch. Great View! Having a grocery store close by was a plus! Everything you could possibly need was provided, Including a cute Welcome Basket. No TV's in Bedrooms but TV's are in both Family Rooms. Loved the butter soft sheets. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again soon. Thank You Brandy for making us feel so Welcomed!

Outstanding Hospitality

This is our second year in a row staying with Brandy and Ellis in their beautiful cabin in the mountains. Once again, everything was perfect including the weather. Brandy is very prompt and educational. The view is over the top and the house in clean and spacious and is a walk from the local grocery store. This is a must see, and we are planning our 3rd year vacation with Brandy for 2022.

What's not to love!!!

We are so grateful we were able to sneak one last weekend of skiing in before COVID 19 hit and all the resorts closed down. This place in Fraser was the perfect home to conclude our season. First, it is brand new and everything is incredibly clean and tidy. The home has a cool contempory look with a mountain escape feel to it. We wanted to take the master bed home because it was so dang comfortable. Fraser is a very quick drive to Winter Park resort but also the other direction to Devil's Thumb Ranch where we got a day of Nordic skiing in. The home has massive views from a wall of windows. The first day we took the bus to Winter Park which was super easy and right out our door. Brandy was very easy to reach and really nice. She gave us a bunch of great recommendations for restaurants including the Tabernash Tavern which has got to be one of our top three favorite restaurants in the state. It is a casual but sort of wild West atmosphere and the food it to die for! They serve a lot of interesting taste wild game and savory dishes. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay all around.
