Hamlet Oasis is a wonderful little resort consisting of 27 individual home/villas. The resort is home to the famous dive site The Cliff. We have a large full service dive shop on site with knowledgeable and friendly staff, Dive Friends. Dive friends offers a 10% discount to guests of Hamlet Oasis and tank exchange at any of their other 9 locations on Bonaire. Hamlet Oasis also has one of the best swimming pools on Bonaire.

The villa offers complete privacy unlike other resorts with shared walls of a condominium. The villa has a private parking space as well as a public lot if more than one car is needed. The villa offers a huge covered porch with an inviting comfortable sofa, club chairs, plush cushions, teak dining set and ceiling fans that is a fabulous place to sit and relax in the evening with a cold beverage, eat dinner or sip on your morning coffee to watch the birds and lizards. There is an additional non covered patio off the kitchen too with sun chairs and gas grill. Both bathrooms were remodeled with floor to ceiling porcelain tiles. The cottage is one of the few with whole house hot water tank. All of the beds have brand new mattresses, pillows and linens. The kitchen was fully update and includes corian counter-tops, sink, new dishwasher and refrigerator and electric cook-top. All of the interior furniture has been replaced and includes dining room set, dressers, living room sofa and end tables. The addition of a 55" smart TV has been installed in the main living area. An additional smart TV 50" is located in the studio. Finally a 32" smart TV is located in the loft. The unit has 3 airco units; we are only one of two units that have living room airco units in Hamlet Oasis resort. The bedroom units are included in the nightly price. If you wish to use the unit in the living room there is a $10 per day charge to cover the cost of the electricity. This villa has a wonderful cross breeze and numerous ceiling fans. We ask that you are mindful of the usage of the airco units as electricity is very expensive on Bonaire (the most expensive of any Caribbean island). Please only use airco units when in the room that it is being used with the doors closed. Never leave the unit on when you are not home. The building is concrete and cools down within 5-10 minutes.
