The master bedroom has a king, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds, and a study with a full sleeper sofa.  Enjoy relaxing on the upper deck and watching the activity on the Intracoastal Canal. Bring your boat and fish in some of the best spots in Texas. Don't have a boat, no problem. There is a wonderful fishing pier- for your fishing enthusiast. Wonderful, stocked kitchen for those great meals. Grill for your outdoor gourmet cooks. Wonderful breezes from the back deck with beautiful water views.  

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
