Lovely 6 bed 3 bath, built new 2019, downtown Grand Haven, bicycles included!

Relax in this custom home buillt new in 2019 with over 3,000 square feet of living space and attached garage. This home features in-floor heat, A/C is separately run in each room via wall units. There are no air ducts, flooring is all tile/laminate which keeps allergens lower.

On the main floor there is an attached garage with gas grill. There is an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Main floor has an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with walk-in low threshold shower. Kitchen has an island with seating, there are 3 dining tables in this space. In addition 2 leather couches and 65 inch TV. The front porch makes a great spot to drink your coffee in the morning. We have 2 other outdoor seating areas available, 2nd floor balcony and deck in the back.

The 2nd floor features a private master bedroom with large walk-in closet and en suite including double vanity, free-standing tub and separate shower. Master bedroom has private balcony. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs wtih walk-in closets. 2nd floor also features a full size laundry room with sink. 6th bedroom doubles as entertainment space and features a twin bed with trundle, sofa bed, table and private deck.

The third-floor loft is a sitting/reading space. It is not a designated sleeping room. Overnight guests are not permitted to sleep in that space.

In the garage you will find some bikes, beach chairs, portable chairs, and bike wagons. You are welcome to use whatever you find. House is fully furnished and includes linens, towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, pots/pans, coffee maker, coffee/tea, and condiments are provided.

We are located downtown and there are stores, restaurants, bars, wineries, a museum, art galleries within walking distance. During summer months Grand Haven boasts the world's largest musical fountain which is free to the public. There are many festivals and events going on throughout the year.

We are offering our new home on a limited basis, just a few weeks a year.

In order to keep allergens as low as possible, we do not allow pets at this time. Our furniture/bedding/mattress were purchased new in 2019 and have had very limited use thus far. Make our home the place for your next vacation or family gathering!

Great house in a great location. Walkable to downtown Grand Haven, plenty of space and very clean. Host was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and host!

Our group of 10 had plenty of room at this lovely home! The location was fantastic, easy walking distance to everything in Grand Haven and close access to get on the highway and travel around. We loved our stay!

Great place for large groups

Place was perfect for our 15 member family. Great communication, the owner really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house and location for a family vacation.

This house was by far the best set up and equipped that we have ever rented. Host was very prompt in communicating and helpful in answering any questions/concerns we had. Great location and use of several bikes was a huge plus. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for a larger group. My family really enjoyed our week there.

Downtown Grand Haven at its best

Lovely spacious newer home with everything we needed for our family get-together. A very well supplied kitchen, bikes and beach things in the garage, and plenty of room to spread out. We loved it!

We had 4 generations (14 people) for the week. The house is perfect for big groups. House is stocked above and beyond for a VRBO. Neighbors were all very friendly. We would rent again without a doubt.

Terrific week in Grand Haven

Our family group of ten (ages from 13 to 82) enjoyed our visit very much. The house is great…bright, spacious, modern, and comfortable. We also appreciated the location, close enough to bike or walk to downtown Grand Haven and easy access to Route 31. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bicycles and beach items stored in the garage were very useful.

Family time

We had a great time as usual in Grand Haven. This house is very open and was great for our grandchildren to play. There was room for all of us to visit. We we close to downtown and able to walk there in a short time. I would rent this house again for the holiday gatherings. Thank you Pam for sharing with us. Kathy

Family reunion

The property was beautiful, the owner was friendly and helpful. There is no yard for children to play in. Unfortunately, there is a very unfriendly, rude, obnoxious neighbor that acted in a threatening manner towards my husband.

Thank you again for choosing our home. I would have thought you would leave a nicer review especially since you brought 12 extra people who were not on your reservation. The house has video and photo you can clearly see it is located downtown, the lots are all small in nature.

Holiday get-together

'This beautiful home is great for large family gatherings with 6 bedrooms and a bed in the attic room if needed. We loved having two separate areas to hang out in, but spent most of our time in the large open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen with a large counter. The location is walking distance to downtown. The photos are accurate. Pam prayed for snow for our Florida people, and we got just enough to enjoy it.

Memorable vacation!

We were able to rent this house last minute and experience a very memorable vacation because of it! The owners were fantastic to us and provided us with a very nice, clean, spacious, and well organized home for vacation. They make you feel like you are right at home. Even with little ones, a baby gate was provided as well as a high chair, cups, and children’s plates/utensils/bowls. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Beautiful Home

Grand Haven was a great time this time around and it was primarily due in part to this beautiful home we stayed in. Clean, organized, nicely located...you can’t ask for more! Overall amazing experience!

I have been hosting and managing vacation properties in Grand Haven for several years. I am an experienced host and know what it takes to make vacation dreams a reality. My properties are updated / new and feature comfortable furniture and are built to suit many different types of travelers.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

My property was built and furnished new in 2019. It is spacious and has several areas for guests to spread out and have privacy and also features large gathering spaces for times when people want to be together all at once, like dining for example. The dining room has 3 tables and the kitchen island offers seating as well. 5 of the bedrooms have separate heating/A/C and ceiling fans so each guest can adjust the temperature to their liking.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are located in downtown Grand Haven and are within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, wineries, etc. The Rendezvous Restaurant cafe is located on our block and is open 24 hours for dining/coffee. The waterfront is approxamately 3/4 of a mile, the beach is an additional 3/4 of a mile beyond that, which is easy to walk, bike or drive a car to visit. Grand Haven is home of the world's largest musical fountain and also features several annual festivals.
