Penthouse Condo at Ocean Club Plaza. A large covered terrace affords a dining area and comfortable seats to sip pre dinner cocktails with open views of the island.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen gives a contemporary ambiance. The kitchen is well equipped, the owners have tried to provide more than would be expected of a typical holiday home.

This home away from home is beautifully furnished, with 2 bedrooms with their own en-suite shower rooms. One queen bed and 2 twins provides 4 guests with comfort and space. All linen and beach towels are provided. the twins can be made in to a King Size Bed - please request.

Solano is the resort restaurant offering excellent food. The resort water craft can be hired and paid for locally.
Exceptionally well positioned for the local amenities, not only for relaxing during the day but to enjoy the fine dining and bars this area has to offer - all within walking distance!

Always a great time at the Plaza!

This is my 4th time in Turks & Caicos and my second time at the Ocean Club West Plaza. Everything was just as described and we had a great time!

Well situated clean and well stocked

Louise hoes beyond expectation in creating s stress free bacation. Be aware that it is on third flloor of stairs only building and a walk through the resort buildings to get to the beach.

Wonderful experience!

This property has a fabulous location, is nicely stocked, roomy, clean, comfortable, and attractively decorated. The owner was very pleasant, attentive, and communicative. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a positive experience. Absolutely would stay there again!!

Perfect Vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! Louise truly thought of everything you could possibly need. It had all the amenities of the resort with the ability to the excursions we wanted and hit all the best restaurants T&C has to offer.

Great Stay

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment provides everything we need to enjoy the beach. Its location is unbeatable. We got to enjoy all the good things about Grace Bay and Ocean Club West, without paying high resort price. Louisa is a great host and our communication is very smooth. Overall, we had a great time and will come back!

Beautiful island

Very nice time, having resort amenities was a huge plus. We were not in condo very often but to shower and sleep. Good location to grocery store and a few restaurants. We did not rent a car. Found awesome taxi driver who we used several times. Water was amazingly clear and beautiful. Locals very friendly.

Perfect in every way

We had an incredible stay at this rental! The location couldn't have been better - with access to a fantastic pool and beautiful beach just steps away. The condo itself was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We were delighted by the attention to detail and the seamless check-in process. It was also so close to many restaurants we were able to easily walk to. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway!

Great location and unit

This place has everything you need, fully furnished, full kitchen. Less than 5 mins walk to beach, 7 mins to grocery store and restaurants. Beach towels, gym access and pool/beach lounge chairs. Never had to rush to get a seat and umbrella. Water adventures-snorkeling tour was pick up on the beach. Everything was very convenient. Louise was kind enough to set up a car ride from the airport which we used for the rest of our stay when we needed to get around.

Great stay at OCW Plaza

We loved our time at Louise's home. The balcony was wonderful for hanging out . It was so nice to have that outdoor space. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. You can't beat the location! We could walk to the supermarket, shops, and so many great restaurants. No need for a car, except for our trip to the Thursday Fish Fry. So much fun. Thanks, Louise.

Great value & beach (fyi - 3rd floor, no elevator)

Excellent value considering beach & pool access at ocean club west. Condo very clean, comfortable. Please do be aware it is on the 3rd floor, no elevator (not suitable for individuals with disabilities). Louise the owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with the keys / door lock. The apartment manager however was completely off the grid and unreachable. Louise handled the problem so in the end we were ok but would be advisable to ensure local property manager is more responsive.

Loved Louise's Modern, Well-Supplied Condo

The best supplied condo I've ever seen. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, beach needs, etc. New, modern appliances. Clear communication. Property manager picked up and delivered box of wine and spirits we ordered at nearby wine store. It was waiting for us when we got there. Some things that aren't Louise's fault but just the nature of T&C and Ocean Club West: Short, occasional wifi interruptions, water was off about 1 hour 1 AM, weird "power struggle" between the Plaza and Ocean Club West. The main Ocean Club West staff gave us inconsistent info on whether we were entitled to towels, chairs at the beach, etc. Due to the season, the beach wasn't crowded, so no one questioned us when we occupied chairs and umbrella. Louise supplies beach chairs, soft-side cooler, beach towels, umbrella, water toys and a cart to haul it all to the beach. So you're good if the Ocean Club West people deny you beach amenities.

Great location and property

The property is exactly how it is listed and the photos posted. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and a very nice grocery store ($$$). The beach location is phenomenal. The resort grounds are exactly as posted as well. We ate out for dinner every night and one of our best meals was at the Ocean Club West's own restaurant, "Solana". We used the fitness center which was very nice and equipped with what we needed. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. A few things to mention, the TV can be tricky as another reviewer commented. There were four remotes but only two were useful. The manager was helpful in getting this squared away. Second, the ground level of the property seemed to have a lot of workers going in and out of units. Looked to be used for maybe storage, not sure. People were outside of the first floor units going through a lot of boxes with various things in them. Lots of shoes hanging outside of these doors, some garbage around, and just looked pretty unkept. This seemed to only be on the ground floor. The property owner Louise was great and very helpful. She set up a taxi pick with Jerry. He was very friendly and responsive. He uses WhatsApp to communicate so be sure to have this on your device. For sure this is one of the best properties to stay!!!

Great condo and location

This is a great condo for families. It has plenty of space to spread out, while being close to all the action. Although there is no ocean view and it’s a walk to the beach, the resort is lush and it’s a pleasant walk. We never felt like the walk to the pool, restaurant or beach was that far. There were a lot of nice extras that made our stay more enjoyable, such as providing sand chairs, an umbrella and coolers. She also provided a beach bag and reusable grocery bags. We visited several different beaches, so having the chairs made that a lot easier. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Just across the street there is a bakery with great coffee and pastries. There are also several ice cream stores, a convenience store and a Mexican restaurant nearby. We also walked to the Salt Mills area several times for dinner and shopping. Even though there wasn’t an ocean view, the greenery in the distance from the balcony was pleasant. I spent quite a bit of time on the porch drinking coffee and reading while we were having downtime. I was also happy with the price, when compared to what we would have paid if we booked directly through Ocean Club (we saved about 50%). Given how expensive everything in Turks was, it was worth the trade off to have a short walk to the beach to stay here and I would do it again.

The best option on Grace Bay

We have travelled 5 times to the area. I want to say that the reviews do not do the condo and the host justice. This is the best location on Grace Bay. Any more to the West and the wind picks up on the beach. Any more to the East and you need a car/taxi. 5 minutes or less to the beach through the nice grounds of OCW. Between 5 and 10 minutes to absolutely everything in terms of restaurants and groceries. The condo "has everything" is an understatement. Everythingn the condo has is of very good quality, which is very unusual. Typically, the pans are cheap and beat up. Not so here. There is every possible size of everything. I have travelled extensively and this is rather unusual for a condo. But bring your own knives if you like to cook -- we did. But it would be unreasonable to expect a sharp expensive knife at a rental. Layout of the condo is very good, the balcony is awesome. The are flippers, masks, tennis racquets, rock shoes, games, books, kids stuff - there is absolutely everythign you can think of. Enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay in Louise's property. It was the perfect home away from home for our family, in a great location close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, well-maintained and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't go back home w/ a suitcase full of dirty laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay on Grace Bay

Everything about Louise's property was perfect for our week long stay. The unit and amenities were even better than advertised. We particularly appreciated the well stocked kitchen and beach amenities (cart, floats, chairs). Short walk to the perfect beach at Grace Bay and very convenient to many great restaurants and shops. No issues using the included amenities at Grace Bay (beach chairs, pool, fitness center). We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great property, loved the convenient location of being in close to the beach and close to grocery store, restaurants, and stores. Walkable to all those things. When we needed to go further we scheduled a taxi.Found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Everyone enjoyed the outside deck.Great communication before stay.

10 days off season

Our party was 4 adults, ages 59 to 30. Check in is very intuitive, there’s keys in the lock box by the door. The condo is very well maintained and stocked with beach items, kitchen supplies towels and bed linens. Resorts access is convenient with about a 5 minute stroll to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

Condo being tied to use the Ocean Club amenities was great! Resort has a great pool, tennis courts and right on Grace Bay. I know some reviews mentioned noise on the balcony from the street. Minor at best, balcony is covered and has great views to the inner island. We enjoyed it everyday we were there. Our only cons was the masterbed being a little loose/squeaky when anyone moves or turns over and could use new pillows. While we enjoyed the condo, grace bay is a busy beach. Our favorite was Taylor Bay Beach on the island and would try to stay near the less busy beach next time.

we bought this apartment and furnished it to a standard that I would always be happy to holiday in. It frustrates me to arrive in a strange destination to find hardly any equipment to cook a family meal, no cork screw etc If you think we have missed an essential item that would have made your stay that little bit more comfortable let me know.

A beautiful south westerly facing balcony, walking distance to all your needs such as a deli, bakery, restaurants , beach and bar - not neccessarily in that order. No car needed as all amenitis are within an easy walk. A taxi can be pre-booked for your trip from the airport and return. 24/7 security on site. Our reliable manager will greet you and show you around the apartment and will be available for the duration of your trip PLUS a midwek housekeeping and linen change is INCLUDED in the nightly rate for stays of 5 nights or longer
