We had a fantastic time in Ts and Cs. Property manager Drexwell was great. Condo was just as pictures show. Close proximity to beach and 10 minute walk to town. No complaints only thing we didn’t swim in pool because it was pretty cold. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend condo

Great property, location, and manager!

I stayed here with some girlfriends for our annual trip and we were so impressed with the accuracy of the photos, the beautiful pool, and how helpful and kind Drexwell was. It was also within walking distance of so many great Grace Bay restaurants, shops, and beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at Sun King over the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was exactly as pictured—welcoming, comfortable, and clean. Its location is perfect: close to all the action in Turks & Caicos, with fantastic food, entertainment, and stunning beaches just a short walk or quick drive away.We also appreciated the detailed manual provided in the unit. It included helpful tips and recommendations, and even led us to a beach we hadn’t originally planned to visit—a highlight of our trip.Drexwell was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free.Our family of four would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice unit in a modern, well kept condo complex. Kitchen is well equipped with small appliances, utensils, plateware etc. We enjoyed using the outdoor grill (Blaze, 4 burners, built-in) in the common area. It is a five minute walk from the property to the public access point to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk into the center of the Grace Bay village. We did have a rental car, but it is not necessary as many places (including one of the grocery stores) can be reached on foot. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. All in all a five star experience - highly recommended.

Wonderful new condo complex 5 mins from Grace Bay Beach

We enjoyed our stay here. The location and complex were excellent. Would highly recommend for those who want to stay just off Grace Bay away from the hustle bustle but close enough to enjoy all the amenities of Grace Bay. As always one of my favourite islands, it never disappoints.

First time in Turks and Caicos, wonderful stay at this very clean and comfortable condo.Perfect location, short distance to beaches and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet.Drexwell is very quick to respond if any issues! (not with the condo itself, but for example when bbq gas tanks were empty or elevator issue)Definitely recommend!

Very modern and clean

Beautiful new condo, modern, very clean and great layout as described and reglective of pictures. Short walk to beach and downtown area. Host was very nice and responsive. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This property is new and very quite. Drewell the property manager was wonderful. A bit of a walk to the beach only because it is hot. We had a car so we drove. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful

My stay was wonderful easy check in and check out experience. The host is amazing when it comes to communication. The apartment was super duper clean and nice it was wonderful girl trips we loved the spot every time I go to Turks i will be staying there. You can walk to into downtown & the beach.

Anniversary Trip

Very clean and new property that is conveniently close to Grace Bay. Restaurants, bars, beach is all within a 10 min walk. Perhaps the only negative is that there is no view of the beach from the balcony if that’s what you’re looking for. But other than that, it is a very quiet and safe location!

Nice stay in a beautiful place

The property manager was great and was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and new with great air conditioning. Location was close to the main shopping area and restaurants. A few suggestions…provide more paper towels (there were only a few sheets left when we got there), increase temperature of water heater so water gets a little hotter, and replace stained beach towels.

Thank you for your review, Heather. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. We try to provide enough paper towels to let guests get acquainted and settled upon arrival, and give them enough time to purchase groceries and goods. The shower faucet has a button located in the back to press and make the water hotter. It is a safety feature. This is noted in our guest book which we encourage our guests to read. We will make sure this gets pointed out to our guests upon arrival. Prior to your arrival beach towels were replaced with new ones. We replace towels on a regular basis. We will make sure a thorough inspection is done to make sure towels are not stained. Your suggestions are appreciated and help us improve our business for future guests, and hope to host you again.

Awesome Location

We loved the location of the property, easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything was brand new and very clean. Drexwell was very responsive. Easy check in/out. The pool was a bit chilly and the shower was not super hot. Overall we had a fabulous time and would stay again!

I absolutely adored this brand new property in Turks & Caicos. It was so clean, unkept, stylish and most of all safe. The taxi drivers had no idea that the property existed which is how new it was. It was still central to all the restaurants, beaches, shops and nightlife. I highly recommend it for your next visit. Drexell was very attentive and responsive. I will be back!

This was the perfect spot for me and my family. Property manager as AMAZING very accommodating and understanding when our flight was delayed (5 hours). He checked on us the next day just to make sure everything was okay. Condo was very clean, easy check in and Great location (you can walk to the shops and beach). There's also a car rental place extremely close by (Grace Bay Rentals). Car rentals can be returned at the airport (if convenient for you). ATM machines- there's not alot of ATM machines on the island to begin with, however, one isn't too far away from this condo..Gracebay Gourmet. I just can't say enough about this condo. We will definitely stay here again.

Property as advertised! Perfect for "non-resorters!"

From the initial booking to check out, the property manager, Drexwell, was extremely responsive and helpful. He was the kindest person you could ask for! The property was in perfect condition and very clean. Our family of four stayed 5 nights. We used both beds as well as the pull out couch. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Be sure to bring/buy some laundry detergent. (It's ok to drink the tap water!) We went to the grocery store (Grace Bay IGA) for breakfast and snack foods. We rented a car from Avis but were within walking distance to all Grace Bay had to offer. The pool was clean and the lounge chairs were nice. There were beach towels provided. The property is gated but easy to get in and out of. It was the perfect size for our family. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend time in the beautiful Grace Bay area!
