Guest Access:
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles or 2 large ones.

**The hot tub on the back deck is not functional and not included with the rental.
No ATVs
The Neighborhood:
Cabin Fevers #2 is located in the Powderhorn Village at the base of the Big Powderhorn Mountain. It is easy to go between the lifts and the home, or to go into town or on an outdoor adventure!

Other Things to Note:
Need more space for a larger group? Cabin Fevers #1 & #2 can be rented as one whole property! Ask us for more information! Active security cameras/recording devices overlook the outside grounds(driveway, front entrances, both sides of the house, shipping container, garden and backyard of Cabin Fevers for security reasons.
