The Space: Welcome to Southern Shangri-La on Coming, a warm and inviting urban retreat in the heart of downtown Charleston. Tucked just off Coming Street, this tropical-inspired oasis blends lush greenery, Balinese décor, and local artistry to create a peaceful escape, while keeping you close to all the action!

You’ll spot the home by its light blue exterior, oyster shell driveway, and striking wall mural by local artist Carly Thomas. Parking and entry are located at the rear of the property, with easy access via the side door along the driveway. This second-floor apartment is one of four thoughtfully designed units and is accessed by stairs. Secure keypad entry ensures a smooth, private arrival.

Inside, the apartment offers approximately 700 square feet of bright, comfortable living space. Enjoy a recently renovated kitchen, a spacious living area with stylish furnishings, a Smart TV with YouTube TV, and reliable Wi-Fi, everything you need to feel right at home.

Located in the vibrant Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood, you’re surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, all easily explored on foot or by bike. Being on the second floor also offers a quieter, more elevated feel compared to ground-level units.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to their private apartment, which is well lit and easy to access, along with off-street parking in the driveway area for effortless arrivals and departures.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
