This newly remodeled custom home welcomes our guests to experience the life of luxury in prestigious Paradise Valley, AZ.

Inside our home you will see fine architecture, high ceilings, giant windows, over 4,300 square feet of professionally designed living spaces with all new custom furniture, a refreshing pool and spa with a gorgeous waterfall, and beautiful artwork.

You will be able to enjoy a sizable great room which is open to the beautiful kitchen, where natural light floods the space through full windows that also overlook the pool and mountain views. Also, you will be able to enjoy a large sectional sofa, 83 inch smart flat screen T.V. with cable & surround sound that makes for a delightful place to entertain throughout the house. Turn on the outside music and get the waterfall flowing as you relax on the patio and swim with beautiful views of Camelback & the Phoenix Mtn Preserves in privacy or enjoy some rest in the bedroom which all have brand new quality mattresses for your comfort. That is just the beginning of a relaxing private vacation...

There is also a kitchen that is well-equipped for a fabulous gourmet meal with a high-end 6 burner stainless stove & griddle with all the amenities that a chef would need to serve up to16 place settings, if you want to have a dinner party or cook for friends and family.

This is a beautiful property with everything you could possible need. Perfect for a large family vacation. The owner was fantastic and accessible for any questions. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. A 10 out of 10!!!

Vacation in Paradise

Our stay was top notch!! We couldn't of asked for anything better. It felt like you were in your own resort. Dawn and Shawn were very warm and gracious hosts. I HIGHLY recommend this place and hope to have a family vacation there again soon!!!!!

Great Property !! Super Nice !!

We stayed here as part of a golf trip in Scottsdale. We were 4 adults. The property was excellent. Some words to describe it... High-End, Lots of room, Comfortable, Clean, Convenient location, Great pool.Communications with the host we very good. Our stay was great. No issues. No complaints. We would definitely recommend it.

Great location, Perfect Home for Family

We had a great stay. Contact with owner/manager was great. The location is close to lots of stuff in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale...easy to get wherever you're going. The home was clean. The owner provided everything you'd need for a family stay. We're likely to stay again.

Relaxing Spring Break Stay

Beautiful, well-appointed property in an amazing location! We appreciated our time in the gorgeous yard & pool.The property was incredibly clean, had many comfortable seating areas throughout and very comfortable beds and linens. There were several "above and beyond" touches everywhere in the home that made our stay extra special. The location was perfection for our active family. A hiking trail is accessible a short walk from the property, many options for shopping, recreation and dining a short drive or Waymo away. Dawn was very responsive and accommodating from booking through our stay!Highly recommend!

Fantastic host, incredible home

Dawn was an absolute delight of a host. Excellent communication from the booking, through check in and during the stay. Fantastic, fabulous, and heavenly relaxation!

The house is by far the best Vrbo we ever stayed bar none! The setup was perfect for my family of six and the pool area and the patio areas are amazing in the morning over coffee, evening times, or watching the sunrise! The location is central to everything in and around Scottsdale...We are looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Bday get

Wonderful home and perfect location!! Close to Scottsdale and the Biltmore/Arcadia area where all the action is in the Phoenix area. Also, no nosey neighbors! Host was really great at staying in touch with us and we all had a great time! I would stay there again!

Desert Paradise

We rented Dawn’s place for my husband’s 40th birthday. Her home is absolutely stunning and she was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking and arrival process. Spacious rooms, an incredible yard with a pool, and unbelievable views of the mountains behind. We found that the house is roughly a 15 minute drive to whatever you would like to do in the area: including a round of golf, exploring Scottsdale or grabbing a nice dinner. If we find ourselves in Arizona again, we will not hesitate to rent Dawn’s place!

Girls weekend

Had a wonderful weekend at this lovely property. Great place for a group to relax. Common spaces are large and comfortable. Location is central to many things and appreciated that we could walk to some hiking. Overall, lovely weekend! Hosts were very helpful and communicative. Thank you!

With adult children, we visited the desert. This house exceeded all our expectations - in an easy location and just as beautiful and well stocked as it looks. Dawn was wonderful to work with. If possible, we will return.

Quiet and Relaxing

What a fabulous stay, spent drinking in the sunshine and the calm in this bright, beautiful home. The house has plenty of communal spaces for gathering in groups, yet still provides plenty of bedrooms to retire to for solitude. The pool is warm and inviting; I swam every day of our stay! This house is close to everything while still being private and quiet. The hosts are wonderfully accommodating and communicative. We will be back!

Spacious House for Family

This property is lovely and large, with big rooms, well functioning air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The owners were easy to communicate with and even bought a pool safety device for our kids . We had a couple of issues with the electrical on the pool (it's nice to have the waterfall on to block the street noise but the circuit kept tripping) but owners were responsive. The beds are on the soft side-- not good or bad just a note for future guests!

Well Done

Bottom line, we let the owners know that the pool and pool temperature were the most important thing to us - and agreed to 87 degrees. The temperature was 94 degrees during our stay - which was delightful. Yes, we've had problems with other properties not heating their pools sufficiently and we bring our own thermometers to check. Other delights include an under the counter drawer microwave and what appears to be an instant hot water system so you're not waiting for hot water. Thank you for having us at this superb home.

Family reunion - the over 65 crowd!

If I could give a higher rating to this property I would! Our stay was definitely a 10 out of 10. The house is superb, very nicely decorated and homey. The kitchen is a dream - better outfitted and organized than my own! Every small appliance you’d wat is available. The beds are very comfortable and the grounds, including the pool area, are tended very well. Dawn was incredibly responsive from the time I booked the home until we left, communication was fast and seamless! Thanks for making our first get together in three years so special!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

This property is exceptional. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. The home has large rooms for entertaining including a central kitchen that made preparing our traditional thanksgiving meal easy and enjoyable. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (including one outside poolside) provided downtime privacy. The outside amenities included a heated pool, jacuzzi and fire table. We used all extensively. The owner also provided lawn games which we used. The location in Paradise Valley is a short drive from the airport and also convenient for shopping and restaurants. Dawn was an amazing host, pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend this property and would visit again in a heartbeat.

We are not new to VRBO this is our third home that we have marketed through VRBO and finally have our dream home in a prime location of Paradise Valley which is between Scottsdale & Phoenix. We have been retired for 9 years, love to travel and rent through VRBO always.
