Large 2 bdrm, private, all new modern furniture with access to gorgeous gardens

Set in beautiful Cordova Bay, and nestled in an upscale neighborhood, with Elk lake and ocean beaches, stores /markets at Mattick’s farm only minutes away. You will have access to your own private 1,100 sq ft, newly furnished self contained suite. Peaceful, relaxing and completely set up with everything you need to enjoy and maximize your experience when visiting Victoria.

An abundance of linen and towels, new king size and new queen size beds, separate laundry and lots of led lighting. New modern furniture in every room. Feel free to use spices, oils and other condiments supplied for your cooking pleasures.

There is also a desk set up in your suite if you need a quiet area to work or research activities on your laptop.

Access large beautiful backyard, rest in a hammock, relax, read a book, enjoy nature or BBQ under a covered deck area. There is no shortage of beautiful wildlife including hummingbirds, deer, squirrels and rabbits leaving one feeling at home in a true nature sanctuary.

And yet you will feel like you are away from the crowds and in a comfortable home away from home of your own.

Excellent quality

I give this VRBO the highest rating for location, accommodations, communication and cleanliness. It was just perfect! Comfortable beds, all the amenities you need, and lovely gardens outside the windows to enjoy.

Steven was a great host and very informative. Guests live in the lower level of a home on a quiet street with access to a serene backyard. The living space is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay at Steven's rental again.

Great apartment and location

Highly recommend it and would stay here again. Great location near Elk Lake and short drive to great restaurants. Everything was exactly as described, apartment is spacious, and very clean, host provided all the necessary information well in advance of our arrival. Hosts Steven and Carol are very kind, apartment was equipped with cold cans of bubbly water and coffee.

Great Hosts

Our hosts, Stephen and Carol, were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed looking at their beautiful garden surrounded by tall trees. Their house is in an upscale neighbourhood in Cordova Bay and situated between Sidney and Victoria. If you don't mind short drives to shops and restaurants, this is the place to be.

Victoria in the fall

We thoroughly enjoyed our newly renovated apartment that was the bottom part of a lovely split level home. The furnishing were all new and fresh. The beds were awesome. The hosts were outstanding And there to help you with any questions or directions that you had. Great central location. Definitely would stay there again.

Wonderful retreat in Victoria

We had a great experience at this wonderful home and property. The owners were very responsive. Access and parking were also very easy and convenient. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the property is so beautiful. We loved sitting in the backyard and relaxing when we had the chance. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Perfect and quiet location.Beautiful suite at ground level. Everything you need for a holiday. Well stocked kitchen. Owners were very accommodating in every aspect. Walking distance to a local market. Will definitely be back.

One of the best places we stayed in. Owners were so kind and helpful. They left few items in the fridge, which was appreciated. The suite was filled with appliances, good quality and easy to use. Location was perfect. Very safe, lots to explore, and close to town. We would definitely come nack again. Highly recommend!

Cordova Bay Hidden Gem

Exceptional Location for a VRBO rental. Close to the Cordova Bay Golf course and small shopping mall with a Red Barn grocery. The backyard provided a quiet oasis with a beautiful garden surrounded by giant cedars. Great place to relax. The hosts were helpful and welcoming. The main floor unit had all the amenities you would expect. Love to return again

Tour de Victoria stay

This property was amazing. Beds comfortable, kitchen very well appointed, location was perfect! The gardens /grounds were beautiful. The place was very quiet and despite it being a basement suite we virtually heard nothing. The hosts were very helpful and communication was great. There are no negatives here! Quiet, clean and beautiful suite

My husband and two kids ( 4 and 1.5) and I enjoyed our stay. The suite was close to beautiful beaches and only a short drive to Victoria where we went often. The suite was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space and found everything we needed. There was even a bottle of wine and cookies on the table to welcome us. The wifi was not great but that didn’t bother us. The gardens were beautiful, my 4 year old and I enjoyed exploring the flowers and relaxing in the hammock. We would definitely stay here again,

Cordova bay stay

Short 4 day stay in Victoria, to visit all the famous spots. ( Butchart gardens, the Empress, the Parliament building etc...) We don't like hotels, as for the most part they don't have washers/dryers, and we have a tendency to pack light, plus they are not very cozy. The Cordova Bay house turned out to be the perfect place: very clean and comfortable with a great kitchen and a washer and dryer. The garden was also fabulous and relaxing, the house is also close to all major attractions and is right across the street from Elk Lake for some great hikes. The hosts are also very responsive to one's needs Looking forward to returning in the future!

My family and I had a lovely time staying at this beautiful rental. It was tastefully decorated and had ample space for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and firm. It certainly ensured for a good nights rest. Also the house is located in a beautiful , quiet neighborhood. We had access to the garden and outdoor patio where we could relax amongst the beautiful trees, plants and flowers. This rental is close to the airport and many of the popular lakes and beaches. It is also close to restaurants and supermarkets. We had first class treatment from our hosts and the communication was really great. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make great meals and something that we really appreciated was that dinner service and cutlery were all matching and looked brand new. We certainly look forward to a return visit next year.

Cordova Bay

This was the best stay I have had using VRBO. The homeowners were so helpful and kind to us. We could tell they took pride in their property because the suite was immaculate and well decorated. There were cold drinks including milk and cream in the fridge and locally baked chocolate chip coconut oatmeal cookies and flowers on the table. We mentioned going to the beach and they provided beach chairs. Beautiful walkable neighborhood too. Thank you very much, you made our weekend. We will definitely be back if we are in Victoria again!

Fantastic Location

A winner!

Stephen and Carol are very thoughtful and gracious hosts. We were welcomed to our apartment with a nice bottle of wine and goodies. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the two bedrooms were quite spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located neat the airport (20 minutes), Broadmead centre for all your shopping needs, Mattick’s farm etc. Stephen and Carol’s place is also very clean! The use of the washer and dryer was an added bonus. I would 100% recommend a stay here!
