Lambert's Cove, Custom Contemporary

It's just a short walk to beautiful Lambert's Cove beach from this lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath custom contemporary. The house is in 'like-new' condition. We recently finished a complete renovation including new decks, central air conditioning, windows, siding, carpeting, complete interior painting, plumbing and electrical upgrades. This year we completed renovations of the two bathrooms, seeded a new lawn and continued landscaping.

The open, airy layout with large decks on three levels provide plenty of room for outdoor summer living. On the first level there are three bedrooms and the laundry facility. The house is located on a quiet road partially up a hill that gets cooling breezes off Vineyard Sound. There is a private yard for children to play.
