The fourth room is a semidetached apartment accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa, this is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom and living/dining space and its own bar and patio area.

This large spacious villa is great for the couple looking for a quiet and private get away as well as a family who desires a space to play and relax together. The villa is equipped with modern appliances and furnishings, and there are three bathrooms with tubs and two half baths, one located on the main floor and one near the pool.
