The very private and secluded Saline Reef Villa in Cap Estate is bright and modern with a beach house feel and panoramic ocean views. The 3 BR, 3.5 BA villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with numerous gateways to destinations for dining, reading and sunning or quiet contemplation. The spacious Great Room with an entertainment center, vaulted ceilings, large windows and convenient powder room, opens to the pool, patio and covered porch via four sets of double French doors. The springy lawn welcomes bare feet and features four comfortable vintage French loungers perfect for sunsets and star-gazing. Steps away are beautifully landscaped private grounds with furnished sea-view areas to enjoy sun or shade, including a seaside BBQ/dining spot.

Each of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two seaside) has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower seaside suite has direct pool access via a furnished covered porch. The upper seaside suite has a furnished private balcony. Adjoining the seaside suites is the double-deck gazebo with private seating and 180⁰ views. The flexible interior suite provides a choice of either two single beds (pictured) or one king bed. A well-equipped eat-in kitchen on the upper level frames sparkling seascapes through the large, custom-designed windows. Saline Reef Villa is minutes from two 18-hole golf courses (Cabot and Sandals), beaches, full-service marina, shopping, dining and activities in Rodney Bay.

A week in Paradise

We had a fantastic time at Saline Reef. Angel, Alfie, Oliver, and Julianne all were wonderful and made us feel at home. Tanya And Margueritte maintained excellent communication leading up to our trip. The house is perfect. The views are amazing. The pool is a blast. We’d absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic

This property does not disappoint! The house is beyond perfect. The view is outstanding from every angle. The entire staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool is great. We really enjoyed listening to and seeing all of the different birds every morning as we ate our fruit. Falling asleep with the sounds of the waves below was everything we needed. We highly recommend this villa to anyone and everyone! Five stars all the way around!

Breath of fresh air

My family and I spent a week at Saline Reef and fell in love! The property was modern, spotless and the layout was perfect for a family. I can only describe the villa as a “breath of fresh air.” The views from the numerous lookouts were something out of a magazine and we all we wanted to do was spend time outside on the patio and pool. In addition the villa team was responsive, professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

It was perfect from communication prior to arrival, welcome upon arrival, staff friendliness, privacy of place to food and everything. Breath taking views and serenity of this place is nothing less than a 5 star. Especially the staff was amazing. Alfie, Angela, Oliver and co was very helpful. Thank you!

Magnificent views

Stayed at Saline Reef on a dive trip and had a great experience working with the hosts, Blue Sky Luxury. The place had magnificent views and close to Rodney Bay for groceries, shopping, the dive shop and restaurants. Very clean and all the staff was attentive. The kitchen was set up nicely for cooking. The Naked Fisherman restaurant and the hotel restaurant next to it were literally five minutes away. I'd love the opportunity to stay at this house again!

The best experience ever!!! The villa is at the edge of the island and the view is so beautiful makes you want to extend your stay . The staff is amazing , very sweet and friendly. Angel is the best she makes sure you're taken care of and always offer you assistance ,she's a sweetheart. The place is big and beautiful , very clean and mostly important very private. Also Security is on site throughout your stay. Most definitely booking agin in the near future . ?? The host response very quick and makes sure their everything available for you stay.
