Renovado Cabin No Lago Junaluska!

Our Cabin is located just a 3 minute walk from Lake Junaluska's shore on a quiet cul de sac and near to all that Lake Junaluska has to offer!! In 2023, a large new front porch was added. There is also a patio out back with a grill.
Renovated in 2021, this cabin has logs from the 1830's mixed with a brick flare for a unique look. All 3 bathrooms have been updated with new tile and fixtures. In 2022, a new Master Bathroom was created with double vanity, toilet and shower. All 3 bedrooms have been updated with new furniture, pictures and bedding.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, glassware, and utensils.
Appliances include Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and stove.
The front door opens to the Family room which has couches and chairs for lounging, playing games with the family or curling up with a good book.
The Master Bedroom is located to the left of the family room. It has a queen size bed. It also has an en suite master bathroom. The shower has waterfall theme with magnificent tile and a rain shower head.
A new laundry room was added in 2022.
Our location puts you in the center of the Lake Junaluska Conference Center. Whether coming for a conference or some well deserved vacation time, Junaluska Cabin is perfect for you.
Some of the most popular year round things to do here at Lake Junaluska include pickle ball, playing a round of golf at Lake Junaluska golf course, taking a walk around the lake on a 2.5 mile paved walking trail, visit the playground, playing tennis or mini golf.
In the Summer months, the community pool , mini golf, shuffle board courts, and boat rentals are available for a fee.
Our cabin is located only 3 miles to Maggie Valley and Waynesville. These cute mountain towns have plenty of restaurants, shopping, antiques and recreation. We are 45 minutes to Asheville and 12 minutes to hop onto the Blue Ridge Parkway for some beautiful sight seeing. There is white water rafting, hiking, biking and tubing all within 45 minutes of the cabin.
In addition, we have a cabin right next door if you are traveling with other friends or families. Cokesbury Cabin--Property #433994

This cabin was the epitome of ‘Cozy for Winter’. Very close to the supermarket and all the great shops in downtown Waynesville. The fireplace worked great to keep the living room toasty, and the 2 recliners were in good shape. The kitchen was well-equipped…We had a griddle for making pancakes and the grill in the back worked well. The kids’ beds were also comfy and the master shower was excellent. As nature lovers, we admired the treed lot and great porch.

We enjoyed our stay in Ruth and Ted's cabin! Communication with the hosts was easy and quick, and we especially appreciated their willingness to let some in our group have an early check-in. The cabin was cozy and very clean when we arrived. We were there for Thanksgiving and brought many of our own cooking tools expecting the cabin (like most rentals) to have the bare basics for cooking, but were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was! Turns out they had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner! The beds were very comfortable and the upgraded bathrooms were a great addition. This cabin is walking distance to Lake Junaluska and on a quiet circle. Would certainly stay here again in the future!

Excellent Stay

My husband and kids had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house was true to listing and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. The weather was colder than normal for this time of year and it rained a lot so we loved having the gas fireplace to enjoy and take the chill off! Relaxing on the spacious front porch was one of my favorite things about this property. I highly recommend this location, and we will definitely book this place again in the future!

Great Cabin! Very cozy and spacious!

We came to visit parents for their 50th wedding anniversary. Wanted to stay close by . We took a nice walk around the lake and were able to enjoy the cozy fireplace. Beds were very comfy and really appreciated the big newly updated master bathroom. The front porch with all the rocking chairs was a huge bonus. Thank you for everything.

This house is a great property right on the Lake Junaluska property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to staying again in the future. The new bathroom, when finished is going to be a great addition.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ruth & Ted’s lovely home. It is comfortable, well-appointed and in the perfect location for Conference activities. We particularly enjoyed the deck - am and pm. The hosts were amazingly friendly, kind, and helpful. It was just a super stay!

Beautiful cabin on Lake Junaluska property

This is the third year we have rented this house for our annual trip. It is wonderful home with a beautiful front porch. It is walking distance from Stuart Auditorium but feels very secluded and quiet. The host are easy to communicate with and we have already booked our top for next year!

Peaceful cabin

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this cabin. The owners were very quick to solve a problem we had with the gas logs. The bed is very comfortable, new master bath with tiled shower was great. We loved sitting on the big porch in the rocking chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

What a delight!

Had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Property owners made everything very easy for us. Great communication throughtout the process. They were more than helpful in shipping forgotten items back to us! We would gladly stay there again on our next visit.

We both grew up coming to the mountains as children. We love the location of this property! It is at Lake Junaluska but not on a busy, noisy street. We love the layout of this cabin...definitely not a "cookie cutter" floor plan.
We love the way historic logs were incorporated into our cabin.

We love looking out into the back yard. It feels like you are way out in the mountains and yet so close to grocery stores, coffee shops and many family owned shops.
