PS Bliss: Relax and Revel in Finding Rest and Relaxation
It's a little slice of heaven that awaits you when you stay at PS Bliss, a midcentury gem in a quiet central Palm Springs neighborhood with stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains from its large, fully decked-out back yard. Perfect for pack of traveling friends or families who need a little elbow room, PS Bliss has 3 bedroom suites with great separation for privacy and all have their own en-suite or dedicated bathrooms. Great common living spaces indoors and out bring you all together for a relaxing and restorative getaway.
Built in 1952, this midcentury home gives you all the stylish flair of yesteryear with modern amenities. Entering the home, you find the open concept casual living and dining areas off the large kitchen. The living room has a large Smart TV, comfortable seating, and stacked stone gas fireplace to add a little winter evening ambiance. Casual dining indoors is a breeze with seating for six with immediate slider access to the backyard and opening beside the well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen features tons of cabinet storage space, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop and stove, microwave, and side by side refrigerator/freezer. Off the kitchen to the South side of the home is a hallway with full size washer and dryers for your personal use leading into a guest bedroom suite with shower stall bathroom and Queen size bed and TV.
On the North side of the home, you have the second guest bedroom suite down a short hallway off the entry with a shower/tub combo bathroom, a King size bed, large Smart TV, and slider access to an outdoor patio with café table with umbrella and seating for 4. The patio leads to the back yard via a short run on the side of the home. Just the common living space and to the right of the dining area is the large Master Suite. The Master suite offers a King size bed, large Smart TV, slider access to the backyard and outdoor shower, large closet and bathroom that offers dual sink, step-in shower and separate soaking/garden tub.
Outside, the views are simply amazing offering grand panoramas of the surrounding mountains! A large pebbled saltwater pool and cascading spa offer plenty of delicious soaking and floating space to let your cares drift away. A propane BBQ is just steps away from the outdoor dining table with umbrella and seating for up to 8. Seating options abound in the back yard with both shaded areas as well full sun lounging, including the unique firepit area with marble top seating benches and chairs under tree-shade as well as a sleepy hammock that awaits your best nap ever.
PS Bliss is the perfect vacation home for families, couples that travel together or just a small group of friends. The El Mirador neighborhood is centrally located near the Movie Colony and Ruth Hard Park with easy access to the shops and restaurants of the Uptown Design District, Desert Regional Hospital and just a few blocks away from Downtown Palm Springs. El Mirador is a premier neighborhood of Palm Springs. This affluent neighborhood is rich with architecture and Hollywood history. It should be noted this neighborhood has sound ordinances that are strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.
