Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

The Brentwood was great for our PS getaway. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, less wind being closer to the mountains. Very close to Palm Canyon Drive to go north to DTPS or down to Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and La Quinta. The house was perfectly sized for our family of 4 adults and 2 dogs. We parked both of our cars in the driveway but the detached garage was accessible. The primary with en-suite was a little warmer on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms on the other side with laundry in the center. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with dining table next to the living area, all lined with sliders to the outdoors/pool/yard. Everything we needed to cook and bbq was there. Beautiful backyard with plenty of space for our dogs to play. Good size bean shape pool with a large shelf on one side to sit in and the deeper end is 5 feet. Too hot to walk the dogs when we went but lots of great walking nearby and my husband played a round at the golf course with our daughters.Highly recommend and would love to return.

Beautiful yard, beautiful home…really lovely area. They are completely reconstructing the home across the street so it’s pretty loud during the day. Be careful when booking for more than one animal, although the listing does not specify a limit on dogs there is one, and no where to add the 2 allowed on the application so they will charge you after booking. It was a complete pain for me because I had four coming and I booked them because there was no specification of how many were allowed.. It was kind of a mess for me but the place was so beautiful. The pool was lovely. The yard was lovely all the bedrooms love the kitchen lovely love the artwork. There’s a bunch of really fun special touches in there.. also all the paperwork is wrong. If you click for the contract on the app, it says you have to meet them in Scottsdale Arizona all kinds of wacky stuff which always makes me nervous when things aren’t exactly correct… and I’m the person that reads everything so there’s a lot of things that are really wrong with this rental companies listing. The house was beautiful though I must say you will not be disappointed with the house or the area.

We're sorry about the daytime construction noise across the street and for the confusion with the pet policy and the post-booking charge. The listing should clearly state the dog limit and the application should allow registering pets — we will review the pet policy and application flow to prevent this moving forward. We're also sorry the contract link contained incorrect information (meeting in Scottsdale, etc.). Thank you for pointing that out — we will correct the paperwork and listing details so future guests see accurate information. The house was really clean and nice, but the furniture, especially the kitchen table, was not comfortable. It looks good in the photos - but the chairs are too hard and on the small side. The kitchen had all the best accessories and appliances. It was very clean. All our guests said the beds were very comfortable. One other quirk....getting hot/warm water to come out of the sink in the owner's bathroom took a very long time. Not sure why.

Best house - we come back every year!

This house is just the best!! Great community, privacy, super comfortable beds, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen…and the back yard is just our favorite! With 4 young kids the shallow shelf in the pool with the built-in umbrella is KEY! This is the perfect family house for us when we visit Palm Springs every year. Could not say a negative thing about it!

Great Stay!

House was perfect for our 2 families and young kids. Layout of home makes it very easy to see pool play from indoors, while the outdoor space had great spots to lounge and read. Kitchen very nicely appointed for cooking. A little of noise from golf course lawn maintenance but nothing that would deter me from to stay here again!

The house was just as described. Perfect for a sister’s week in the desert. Close to downtown PS and a short drive to PD. Very comfortable house with a great outdoor space. Instructions on how to use everything were very clear. We were ready to move in!

Great house to enjoy with your dog

Beautiful home with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and loved being able to play fetch with our dog on the grass in the backyard. Very quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Super clean and very well appointed. Lots of fluffy towels, lots of pillows and nice bedding. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a big meal. Nice pool and grounds in a very quiet neighborhood. Would easily return!
