Featuring two luxury king beds, upgraded glass-enclosed marble tile showers, a bunk room with twin bed over a full size bunk bed, wood-look tile floors throughout, and a fully equipped granite kitchen for your enjoyment.

This Southwest corner unit has the most stunning and surreal sunset views! The wrap-around balcony is completely private for sunbathing and just serene relaxation taking in the panoramic views.

The master bedroom would never get cool, despite turning the AC down to 60. We had to sleep in other rooms to stay cool.

It's bright and clean with wonderful panoramic views of PCB and the gulf. As always the office staff is exceptional in their courtesy, care and response to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the Aqua 2211 for any group from 2-8. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen and you'll love the walk-in shower in the master.

Every unit we've stayed in over the last 12 years has been beautifully appointed, well maintained, and exactly as described. With every unit facing the gorgeous beaches, you cannot go wrong! This most recent stay was quite possibly the best yet. The west facing panoramic balcony was great for relaxing breakfasts, afternoon reading, and breathtaking sunsets! Friday night we even had a front row view for the firework show off the pier. Aqua provides excellent walkability to a multitude of Restaurants and shops, impeccable customer service, and a perfect place to take some R&R.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd renting this property, and Iv'e already booked a week for 2024. I love this condo. It's always clean and fresh on arrival. The view is spectacular and it's close to all the shopping you mat want to do. We always dine at Captain Anderson Seafood Restaurant when we visit. I also try to do at least 2 half day charter fishing trips with Capt. Anderson's marina. We look to returning every year for a weeks stay. My only concern is I wish the owner would provide more bath towels for each quest. Other than that, It is an excellent vacation choice.

I left a pair of diamond earrings on tv base called back when I was at airport they claimed when they went in to check earrings wasn’t there! Which is a lie!!! I laid them down there and got sidetracked and forgot them! Would I recommend the Aqua NEVER!

Since it was off season the owners kindly left some beach chairs in the condo for us to use. The views were spectacular from the living area and master bedroom and the sunsets amazing. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Aqua Resort and I really wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been vacationing at Aqua for seven years and this was such a bad experience we won’t be back. The construction noise from next door was literally deafening much of the time. Even inside with doors closed it was a constant roaring so that taking a nap or enjoying the scenery was impossible. The condo had very uncomfortable living room furniture. One chair that is in the pictures was missing so there was not room for more than 2 adults to sit without squeezing in on a couch. The ocean view bedroom has the bed arranged in such a way that you can’t even see the ocean from the bed. Not well thought out at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience and would stay at this location again. The only negative was with the unit itself and that was the pull out bed on the couch was broken which caused us some issues with sleeping accommodations. The property/building was very clean, well kept, and centrally located. We could walk to many local attractions such as Gulf World, Pier Park (which as many restaurants), and it was only about a mile from Walmart which made grocery shopping easy and convenient. I would stay at this property again in the future.

THE CONSTRUCTION CREW STARTED EVERYDAY AROUND 6:30AM. THE NOISE WAS UNBELIVABLE! WE HAD NO PRIVACY ON THE BALCONY BECAUSE THERE WERE ALWAYS 20 TO 25 PEOPLE ON THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR. OUR VACATION WAS A DISASTER AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO AQUA I WAS TOLD NO ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED. WE HAVE STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES BUT WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. AQUA IS ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY! THERE ARE MANY OTHER NICE PLACES TO STAY ON THIS BEACH AND I WOULD CHOOSE ANY ONE BUT AQUA! SIDE BAR SOME OF AQUA'S ELEVATORS WERE OUT BUT THEY DID NOT TELL US THAT UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE WE WERE TO ARRIVE. SOMETIMES YOU HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FOR AN ELEVATOR. AQUA SAID YOU CAN USE THE STARIS, WE WERE ON THE 22ND FLOOR. AQUA ONLY CARES ABOUT $$$$

Family Vacay

Our unit at Aqua is a GREAT, spacious and comfortable unit. The decor is just like pictures show. Do know - there is a huge concrete wall the prevents you from seeing to the left of the beach when out on the main balcony. It was a bit disappointing at first, but the large balcony and then the second balcony over the main road, made up for it. We were told a week prior to checkin the elevators were having issues (2 of 4 worked) but that did not impact our stay. Everything really was great!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was modern and well maintained. However, the Aqua was not. There are 4 elevators that normally support 23 floors. Two of those elevators have not worked in 3 months so the wait to take up your things at arrival was 1.5 HOURS. Additionally, all week long we were packed like sardines in the elevators. Also, another condo is under construction next door and their workday starts at 7am so that’s when your day starts to because it’s loud.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully decorated. Everything was updated. It was a penthouse room with a wrap around balcony. Loved this condo. The couple negatives were you can only see one side of the beach due to a jutted out wall from the building design and unfortunately they were also building a new tower next to our condo so the crane was literally 20ft from our balcony and the noise was non stop. We could not sit out and enjoy the sound of the waves due to the construction which is out of Aqua Resorts hands but I do wish they would have notated that in the rental description. The other negative was the cleanliness.... We dropped a little water on floor went to wipe it up and the floor was so dirty. Also noted very old dried sauce on the baseboards. Master bedroom floor by nightstand was also filthy with hair balls. If they ramped up the cleaning this would have been perfect. Construction is not in their control but should be mentioned. All in all loved the unit. Would consider looking at one with less disrupted view next time. Didn’t realize you could only see down the right side of beach and couldn’t see left side. The pool walls also had nasty stuff splattered on them that needed to be cleaned along with mildew at the bottom of the fabric that led to the indoor portion of the pool. It was a hefty price so the cleanliness is a big deal to us.

Perfect Condo for our family of 7!!

We settled in and immediately went down to the beach since it was right on the water. We were able to dolphin watch from our balcony over morning coffee. 10/10 would love to rent here again!

Family Vacation great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a great location and close to a lot of things with in walking distance. The beach chairs is a nice a bonus. Our room was late being cleaned due to staffing by an hour. The beds do not have much cover so recommend bring blankets or throws. The top bunk only has a sheet. Also not had this before but had to unload dishwasher and fold towels in dryer from previous guest. There was also sheets left under our bed from someone else and it looks like a previous guest let a coke explode all over ceiling that has not been cleaned. The front door does not lock from Inside so it easily opened by littles which we have a 2 and 6 year old. The elevators are very slow if they are working. Our door you could not slam it, it caught itself and slow closes but the other units around do not do this so you can hear a lot of door slamming. I don’t know if this is just the flooring but are feet stayed black from it. There is also several Glass coffee cups with chips so be careful as well as the blender is chipped. Also the parking garage ran out of parking spaces not sure how this happens when you have to buy parking spaces. I did love this location and PCB so many fun things for the kids to do. Just not sure if we would stay in this particular unit again but would be willing to try another unit at Aqua.
