The couch and rug in the living room were heavy stained and dirty. The bed sheets/linens were stained and sandy. The master bath had drain flies. The bath towels/linens were stained, and we were asked if we were open to having a showing of showing for potential buyers during our stay. The rental was in rough shape and felt neglected.

Everything was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay. The only negitive i have is the mattresses were too hard for our liking. Nothing wrong with them just very firm!

Wonderful spot!

This was the second time staying at True Blue and it was wonderful! Itā€™s in a cute neighborhood that is really close to the beach and our favorite restaurant, Aunt Kateā€™s. The house is clean and large enough for our teens and we always have our little dog with us. We will definitely be back next summer. Tamara is the best hostess!

True Blue was very peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at True Blue, the home was very clean, kitchen well appointed and backyard peaceful. Eating outside beneath the huge shade tree was nice and having our dogs with us was a plus! Beach chairs towels and wagon provided, Tamara also made sure we had a boogie board to use, thanks Tamara! True Blue sent us home relaxed, we would returnšŸ˜Š

Great week at Vilano Beach!

Awesome place, comfy beds, nice front porch with rockers. Great for wayching the neighborhood pass by with cocktails ( us, not them!) Lol Great location near restaurants. The Reef, Aunt Kate's, Caps and Kingfish just over the bridge in the Comanchee Harbour Inn area. Relaxing back yard...our dog loved keeping an eye on the squirrels. Definitely a place we would stay at again.

First family vacation as grandparents :)

Such a beautiful home, fantastic location and cozy space to reconnect with our adult kids. Walking to the beach was one of the highlights of our stay. The specific location where we entered the beach felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. There were some glitches during our stay, the light in the livingroom didn't work, but there were lamps, the washer didn't work, but after calling the property manager, we were able to get it reset. There were issues with the microwave, but we learned this could have been from a power surge in the area. Tamara was quick to respond and offered to help. Overall, these issues did not dampen our stay, we loved it. Perfect amount of space, the neighborhood was really cute, highly recommend. If we are ever return to St. Augustine, we will definitely return to True Blue.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Everything about this rental was perfect. It was very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The bedrooms were a perfect size and exactly as described. All 4 of our teen aged kids were comfortable in their rooms. The whole house is updated with nice finishes and decor. The fenced in yard was large with a nice patio complete with a grill, which was a great spot to watch the sunset from. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes, and the walk to the river was less than 2 minutes. The house is located in a perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood, with access to multiple beaches and historic St Augustine just minutes away. Check in and out were very easy. We loved everything about this property and hope to stay here again in the future! Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing family vacation.

Pros: Clean, great location (0.4 mile walk straight down street and across two lane highway to beach access, 2 mile drive to Publix supermarket and restaurants), 10 minute drive to tourist attractions; beach chairs and boogie board (board broken but usable); quiet neighborhood Cons: Blinds in one bedroom would not close, only bath soap was tiny bar in plastic (think Motel 6), only two kitchen trash bags, no games in house Overall: Excellent place to stay while in St. Augustine! Would recommend to family and friends without reservations.
