Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable two-bedroom apartment in which you will have the luxury of being able to have breakfast (and cocktails) with family or with friends, quietly relaxing in your private garden.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A decoration carefully chosen by the owners to render a "like at home" effect instead of "like at the hotel".

- A beautiful living room with a large bay-window opening to the garden, with a sofa-bed, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a dining table that seats six.

- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all necessary appliances, dishes, silverware and other tableware items for an entire family.

- A 75m2 garden with a dining table for 8 people, deck-chairs and private 2-minute access to the Mouré Rouge beach (yes, we thought of everything!)

- A first bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. There is access to the outdoors from here too.

- A second bedroom with two mezzanine double beds (ideal for children, teenagers or adults who enjoy these cool kinds of beds). There is access to the outdoors from here as well.

- A large shower room with toilets and a large walk-in shower as well as all the usual bathroom necessities and more, including nice tiles.

- A second shower room near the entrance, with toilets as well.

Some highlights:
- Private underground parking (for a small car)
- Private swimming pool for the property residents
- Secured building entrance with cool system
- Air conditioning system: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
- High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi…

And, as a bonus:
- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).

But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Impasse Ordan, within less than four and a half minutes walking (unless you are crawling or walking on your hands…) you will be able to pick your favorite activity, including:

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do a little dipping in the sea or relax and have a drink at an outdoor café.

- Go enjoy a local pizza at Jean-Jean’s.

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.

- Change scenery and go get some sun on one of the park benches in the Jardin des Hespérides.

- Talk your family or friends into going to Place de l’Etang for a pétanque game.

And in less than 10 minutes by car:

- Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business).

- Board a train to an unknown (or not) destination.

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
