Mariner's Point 3 BR 2 BA condo on 3rd TOP floor (behind Lost Treasure Putt Putt) in Salter Path, NC (5 minute drive to Atlantic Beach and to Emerald Isle) with amazing view of sound. Complex has pool, grilling areas, tennis court with pickleball nets and public beach access is directly across street. No elevator but view is worth the 3 flights! 2 KING bedrooms and 3rd BR has accordion doors with trundle bed. Kitchen and back BR freshly painted and updated. Kitchen freshly painted with granite. There is bar seating with 3 bar stools.
Balcony has table for 4 and 2 additional tall chairs for 6 to sit.

There is a table with a chair for working in the main room and also in the master bedroom. The chair is in the closet.

One of the best

The property owner gave great information and did a great job keeping us informed. The place was clean and neat. It had a home feeling which made our stay even better. The owner was nice enough to warn me of of the steps. She was right. I found out she was honest. I am out of shape and she told me to pack light.....lol.My wife was recuperating and enjoyed every minute. She had a great friend drop by and they had the best time. The balcony was their territory.

Great location and view

Loved our stay. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to the beach and a quick walk to putt-putt. The view was great, really enjoyed seeing the sunset over the sound. Martha was great at communicating and quick to respond to any questions. Only improvement recommended would be the cleanliness of the floors, we had a crawling baby with us and it was obvious the floors weren’t cleaned very well from last guest.

Great location and view

This condo was perfect for our small two families! Great location in between Atlantic beach and Emerald Isle. Amazing view of the sound. The kids loved having a pool. We will definitely return!

Family trip to the beach

The condo is in a great location, we walked to the beach every day. The kids also enjoyed the pool at the condo property. We had plenty of room in the condo for a family of four. Overall we had a great trip!

Nightmare

The listing says no pets but when we arrived to the property and opened the door, it was an instant smell of cat urine. Later we found cat litter and food in the laundry room. If there are no pets and none have been in the area...WHY IS THERE FOOD AND KITTY LITTER? The rugs and chairs in the living room were dirty. The outside chairs had holes in them and the quality of the furniture in the pictures did not match in person. The washing machine had mildew and the refrigerator did not work appropriately, all of our ice cream melted. The water coming out of the faucets in the bathrooms were a white milky color not to mention the bottom lock on the door didn't work. The host sent out a message stating that they don't drink the water and that we should use bottled water TWO DAYS before we were going to arrive and our money could not be refunded. In that same message she mentioned the bottom lock doesn't work. YOU DON'T SPRING SURPRISES OF THAT MAGNITUDE ON PEOPLE LAST MINUTE. We are highly allergic to pet dander and experienced severe allergic reactions while in the property a short period of time. Do not recommend. Be honest about your property before people pay their money.

Sound side escape

This property was pretty nice. The location is great and it has a pool and a good area to put in kayaks. Overall the apartment was nice. However, overall There needs to be newer or cleaner looking pots and pans and kitchen utensils for use. Did not use the dishwasher because it look like it was on it’s last leg and was not very clean. Everything else however appeared to be clean. The owners were easy To work with and communicate. I would not be against coming again if kitchen cookery could be updated or newer

2024 vacation

We had a great stay here! It was very relaxing and the views from the balcony at night were amazing. The steps were a work out but having just us two we didn't mind them. And all the neighbors were welcoming. We didn't use the pool but having the beach access right across the street was so convenient.

We have owned this place for 25 years and decided to rent it a few years ago when we could not use it as much The complex was built in the 80's but when a hurricane came through in 2018, we updated the back bedroom/bathroom as well as the kitchen. New ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Fresh paint in the back bedroom, living room and kitchen. New couch and refrigerator in 2024 Beverage refrigerator and bar area is a nice touch to reduce foot traffic in the kitchen!

This unique property is soundfront in a marina setting. Unfortunately guests can't bring boats on site because of insurance but it's a beautiful setting and kayaks are welcomed! We are directly across from ocean access and for the little ones, you can walk to the putt putt and go carts in our backyard! We have a pool and great pier for fishing. There is one tennis court with 2 pickleball nets and lines on the court. Grilling areas and the most friendly people you will ever meet!
