Sesimbra Relax Villa

Located 30Km from Lisbon and about 15Km from Meco beach and 18Km from Sesimbra Village, the house is in a very quiet and pleasant environment, with several features that aim for your comfort and leisure, from garden, swimming pool outside, pool table and ping pong table.
New to this new year 2018 is the existence of a second swimming pool. The 2-storey villa consists of 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Additionally, there are several sofa beds for extra guests if required. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, 2 are incorporated with suite. The house additionally has 2 more common toilets (one on each floor). The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi is also available in all common divisions. Extra beds for children available upon request at time of booking.

Security against damage, and refund of deposit:

Upon leaving the property will be performed the inspection of the property and identification of possible damage. If damage is identified, the amount of the security deposit will be partially or totally used according to the following rules:
Damage to towels, bedding, bedspreads, pillows, pillowcases or other textile accessories: 50,00 Euros per piece. Damage caused to interior or exterior part (s) or equipment: 300,00 Euros. Any other more severe damage to larger objects (tables, cabinets, bed, pool table, ping pong, etc.): full deposit

Safety deposit fee, property inspection and deposit refund

At checkout time there will be a mandatory property inspection. If there are no damages recognized the deposit fee is fully returned.
Very important: the safety deposit fee mentioned above will be used for compensation for any kind of damage caused to any kind of property objects or areas inside or outside the property. Damages caused to:
any kind towels, bed clothes, blankets or accessories - 50,00 Eur per item
any furniture or other equipment or areas - 300,00 Eur per item
any other kind of damage with higher severity issues (table, armories, bed, wall, pool table, etc.) - full deposit fee.
