Lovall Glen by Kevala Terra is a gated private estate in the heart of Sonoma wine country, designed for groups who want the whole experience: privacy, space to spread out, and the kind of setting that makes every meal feel like an event. Our property includes 14 acres of rolling hills, oak and olive trees, gardens, lawns, and decks.



You will enjoy our main house, with its spacious kitchen, living room, entertainment room, and outdoor spaces. Our property includes 14 acres with a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pits, and covered outdoor kitchen. There is a half-minute walk from the main to the pool area.

No extra guests (overnight or day) not disclosed on the reservation

No discounts offered; our pricing reflects the provided amenities

NO PETS of any kind, including service and assistance animals (owner has severe allergies, so this is a medical necessity)

Pool heating: solar-thermal June–September. Optional gas propane heating available year-round for $500 (must be requested and paid at least 2 weeks in advance)

Check-in: 4:00–10:00 PM · Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Check-in after 4:00 PM only, to ensure thorough cleaning

Self check-in via keypad

Luggage drop-off available for guests with early arrivals or late departures

The owners live on an adjacent property and may do occasional outdoor maintenance when unavoidable, always respecting your privacy

Guest CANCELLATIONS made more than 30 days before the check-in date incur a 3% credit card processing fee paid by the guest.



While we also have a guest house on the property, we rent to only a single group at a time, so you will not share any of the amenities with other guests.



Standard Amenity Availability Disclaimer:

While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenities—including pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQ—may occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.

In the uncommon event that an advertised amenity is unavailable during your stay, a courtesy credit of up to $80 per day per affected amenity may be offered. To help us resolve any issue as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that guests provide real-time evidence (such as photos or a short video) when reporting the concern. This documentation helps our maintenance team accurately diagnose the issue and ensures all communication remains transparent and properly documented on the booking platform. No additional compensation, refunds, or trip adjustments will apply. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this policy.
