The home and property offer a special gathering atmosphere for creating and sharing memories, along with building bonds & relationships. Featuring our outdoor pool & grand gathering area & gourmet kitchen, along with convertible sleeping spaces for small or large groups (30 plus).

Truly a destination location nestled only about a mile from The St. Croix River. A few miles to Hudson & Prescott, Wi, along with MN River Towns of Lakeland, Afton, Bayport & Stillwater MN.

​Far enough away from the cities to call it a getaway, yet very close to the metro area. St. Paul's charm is only about 20 minutes away, 35 minutes from Minneapolis, The Airport & Mall of America. Enjoy the many venues for Minnesota sports, concerts, arts and entertainment. It is truly a destination location unlike any other with a personal, private & peaceful setting for family joy, group fun, events, corporate care, gatherings & retreats.

→ Bedroom #1: Main Floor Master featuring a Cali King bed, huge bathroom, TVs. This room can convert into 4 singles.

→Bedroom #2 Pink Door: Lower Level, featuring a queen bed with ability to add 3 more singles 

→Bedroom #3 Blue Door: Quiet Quarters on the Lower Level, equipped with a queen bed & screen for a peaceful sleep ability to add 1 more queen or 2 singles 

→Bedroom #4 Yellow Door: Quiet Quarters on the Lower Level, equipped with a queen bed & screen for a peaceful sleep ability to add 1 more queen or 2 singles 

​→Bedroom #5: The Walkout Master Bedroom on the Lower Level, featuring a queen bed, private bathroom & TV screen for a peaceful sleep ability to add 1 more queen or 3 singles.

3 Other Sleeping Quarters for Large Groups:  

​→ The Convertible Group Quarters Walkout: This walkout room on the Lower Level is convertible and customizable per group. This space can host up to 10 Guest with ability to set up & host 6 to 8 beds  

​​→The Message Room: Our message and serenity room can be converted sleeping quarters with 3 to 4 beds. This is for our larger groups, who are looking for more beds  

​​→The Library/Lounge: Our Library/Lounge can be converted into a sleeping space for our larger groups. This is not a private space with doors but we can accommodate 2 to 4 guest for sleeping if needed

→ We cannot mention the Grand Gathering Kitchen enough as it is the center of our Getaways

​→ Family Gathering Lounge Room: This is an extension of the Grand Kitchen with a large couch, couch bar, swivel chairs & large screen TV. Take in a game, movie or show with many   

​→ Outdoor Kitchen Bar & Patio: This is another extension of the Grand Kitchen & Lounge as there are sliding glass doors to both spaces, as well as a deck out to the playing fields  

​​Engaging Outdoor Entertainment Spaces:

→ Our outdoor pool & patio area includes an outdoor TV, kitchen, bar, tables, lounge chairs, umbrellas, putting green, fire pit & hot tub. All in a private wooded setting for a safe and peaceful environment     

​→ Playing Fields & Outdoor Play: Wiffleball Yard/Field(s), Volleyball, Soccer & Lacrosse Nets, Yard Olympics & Games, Golf Putting Green & Holes, Field Goal Post, Turf, Trampoline, Play Set, all with almost any yard game you can think of or ask for. We are the home of the Yard Olympics   

​→ The Great Outdoor Atmosphere: In a wooded and private setting we have multiple fire pits, wooded groomed trails, sledding hills, hammocks, relaxing sitting areas, and many walkouts.

​​Hot Tub: Melt away your stresses in the warm embrace of our six-person outdoor hot tub (year round). Just steps away from the pool and outdoor kitchen/bar.

The Gray Monster Wiffleball Wall Field: Play wiffleball, kickball on our unique field 


Putting Green & Golf Play: Enjoy putting on our poolside putting green. Request golf play on our convertible 9 pins/holes, par 2, yard obstacle course.     

​Fire pits: We have multiple fire pits on our property for peaceful enjoyment 

Trails & Nature Walks: Take a walk on our own private trails, or enjoy the miles of trails of the nature center just off of our property.

Outbuilding For Your Needs: Our outbuilding is an extra space, for larger groups, at an extra cost. Another convertible space that is generally set up as a game room bar and lounge, during the high seasons. 

We can also make this a space for your group and turn it into a bunk house for extra guests & more sleeping quarters and beds. We also can turn it into a reception area, dance floor, meeting space, peaceful private lounge or for your garage band. If we can convert it we will. Please ask about our outbuilding and if this would be a fit for your group and gathering.

​Golf Course(s): Troy Burne is rated one of the best courses in the Midwest & we are located less than a mile away. We are not on the course but in private setting just off of the course. 

River Fun: The St.Croix River and boat launch and deck is about a mile away for great boating, fishing, swimming & more. 

Food & Restaurant Guide: We can assist you with food, meals or catering in the area.
