We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was the perfect place to come back and relax after long days of walking around London. Super easy walk to the tube and we loved the closeness to restaurants and convenience store!! Check in and communication were very easy and seamless. We were so sad to leave and would book again. 10/10 recommend!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. It’s a perfect quiet location …only a short walk to the London Underground… to get to our destinations. The information package provided by the host was very useful and helpful. I highly recommend this townhouse as a perfect stay!

Our host was a great communicator and the home is beautifully appointed with all the amenities. The neighbourhood is quiet and elegant with the perfect little bodega right across the street.

We absolutely loved staying here. Plenty of room for three adults and two teens. Having a washer and dryer was amazing. We were daily visitors to the little shops across the street for fresh croissants and pastries before heading into town. The Maida Vale tube stop made travel into town a breeze. The Paddington Recreational area was a lovely area to walk and relax. The flat was very much like “home”. We all can’t wait to come again. :-)

Our London Haven

This was the best experience I have ever had with VRBO. The flat was amazing. —beautiful and clean and quiet in a charming part of London. The host was so wonderful and so very helpful. We all loved our stay there.

Perfect for a family stay

I just can't say enough nice things about this property- we fell in love with the neighborhood - great park, restaurants, cafes and close to the tube. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and provided a lot of great information about the location. We would definitely stay again!

Charming!

We loved this property. It was completely charming, clean and convenient! It was the perfect place to land each day after our many adventures. The neighborhood was super safe with great restaurants/shops and so close to the underground. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this London townhouse. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly, which made everything smooth and stress‑free. The home itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after long days out in the city.Access was easy, the neighborhood felt very safe, and it was just a short walk to the Tube (the London subway system), which made getting around super convenient. There were also some great local pubs nearby, and supermarkets were easy to get to, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay here again.

We had a lovely time, the unit was spacious and well equipped for a family. Having a separate bed for each child was ideal. The kitchen was well stocked as well and we enjoyed having space for a quick meal or to go to any of the absolutely excellent restaurants in the area. We especially liked the Prince Albert pub and the sushi restaurant around the corner. There are ample bathrooms and the showers had nice temps. It’s a short walk to the tube and the bakerloo line brings you almost anywhere you want to go (though be prepared to get your steps in! It’s a big city).My children already want to come back!

Perfect place

We stayed in London 6 nights and this place was perfect. We used the Maida Vale tube station located very close by. There are nice cafe's and restaurants in this neighborhood. Fatijah the host was very informative and responsive. I can not recommend this place highly enough, you will not be disappointed. You will know the host/owner takes great pride in this place and it feels like a home.

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. Very spacious, immaculately clean, everything provided as expected. Instructions for entering and using the rental or clear and very helpful. The neighborhood was quite lovely and we enjoyed having the park 1/2 block away. we tried two of the restaurants on the street and both were very good.

Lovely townhouse in beautiful neighborhood

The property was lovely - clean, cozy, and well set-up for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals before and after our long days out and about in London. Right across the road there are a few shops and the tube station is only three blocks away. Fatijah was easy to communicate with. I would happily stay here again!

The Best London Experience!

Our family of 4 adults stayed at this lovely townhome for 9 days over Christmas 2024. Everything was perfect: clean & comfortable accommodations, great communication with the owner, short walks to the Bakerloo Line, great local pub (The Warrington), a deli, and grocery. It had everything we needed. It was easy to get to the city center and was close to other sites like Little Venice, Abby Road, Kensington. We had the best trip. Highly recommend!!

Perfect home away from home!

We loved this house and neighborhood so much. The house was perfect for our family of four - just as described and shown in pictures. This was our first trip to London and couldn’t have been happier with the location - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of central London, but still easy to get anywhere. Fun restaurants and shops nearby and an easy walk to the Underground (which we took daily). The host was wonderful to work with. We really hope to be back someday!

So many great things about this home. In a quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants below. Easy access to public transportation (tube, bus). Spacious for our family of 5 and well equipped. A very European feel. A responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Amazing flat!!

We couldn't have been happier at this flat. We came with our 3 kids from the States (11, 10 and 6) and everyone had a comfy place to sleep. We absolutely loved the neighborhood (we went to the shop right across the street almost daily for supplies and grabbed croissants and coffee from the little cafe often.). We loved that the tube station was only a few blocks away. We rode the tube everywhere all week. We were so grateful to find this little oasis to return to after a long day of sight seeing. We couldn't be happier with the choice! Can't recommend it enough!

Perfect stay in London with family

What a gem! Our family of 4 (2 parents, 23 yo and 15 yo kids) had a wonderful 6 night stay at this beautiful townhouse in Maida Vale in June/July 2025. The property is even nicer than as described in the listing. Lovely big second floor bathroom. We took the tube everywhere, basically a 30 minute trip (including walk from property) to most central London locations. Had a great time exploring nearby Little Venice canal and ate at local restaurants on 4 nights (including the restaurant downstairs twice!). A very quiet residential neighborhood, the restaurants all shut down around 10. Ran at the track in the Paddington Recreation area which is one block away. Communication with the owner was excellent and she has a very helpful document with info on transportation, sites to see and local food. Absolutely loved our stay here and would love to come back.

Home away from home

The home was exactly as we had hoped for. As a family of four with a near teen and teenager, we loved having the many spaces and rooms to spread out. The kitchen was a lovely space for morning pastries from across the street recommended by the owner and nespresso coffees. The neighborhood was quiet and serene and a nice way to start and finish each day of exploring London. The TV nook was a favorite of my husband’s and the kids loved their cozy roomwith two separate beds. The windows were spectacular and we did get to enjoy some rare but lovely sunny moments during our winter stay. The tube stations were super accessible and walking to paddington for our day trip to Windsor was very easy to do. We definitely felt like we had a special home away from home at this rental and would recommend it to any family looking for a way to have some space and use of their own kitchen.

A great home base in London

This flat is lovely (just like the pics) and the neighborhood is safe and has interesting spots to settle in. We loved the little Lebanese cafe across the street and used it as a breakfast base. Yummy food and kind and caring proprietors. It is several blocks to the nearest Tube Station and it takes a bit of time to get to town, etc. Doubledecker buses into the center of London work well also. But if you are like us having only based in Trafalgar area this is not as convenient but quiet and lovely. We found Uber was our friend getting home from theater at night, though did use the Tube once. During our visit, strikes were in process and they do put a hold on the city for visitors, thus some dependence on Uber. I would base out of this flat again and the owner is delightful to deal with.
