Beautiful 2 bed Hyde Park flat, close to Paddington, Bond St, Notting Hill.

A wonderful 2 double bedroom Hyde Park flat, extremely well located in the heart of Bayswater, central London, a sought out area close to Kensington Palace, Notting Hill and Hyde Park. The Heathrow express (Paddington), Bayswater and Lancaster Gate tubes, buses and trains are all 5 minutes walk away. Bond St, Portobello Rd and the popular Notting Hill are close to explore. The V&A and Natural History museum are a short stroll across the park. Situated in a very central location full of character; there are a lot of wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within a few minutes walk. Westbourne Grove down the road is excellent for boutique shopping. Bond St is one stop on the way on the new Elizabeth line and only 30 minutes to Heathrow airport.

It is a light, spacious and peaceful space in a vibrant neighbourhood. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, (one is a small double ) on the 2nd floor of a listed Victorian building - so there are quite a few stairs.
Decorated in a minimal style with many wonderful paintings; it has high ceilings, large windows and oak floors. This is the most wonderful light and spacious apartment equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, smart TV with Netflix and high speed WIFI.

Overnight stay in London

We stayed here two nights on our way to and from Paris. A very nice flat in a nice location. Many cafes, restaurants and the underground near by. Our host was terrific, checked us in easily and the flat had everything we needed.

Great Location

Apartment was as stated, great location to Hyde Park etc. Francesca was very helpful with local amenities etc. Would suggest that having some table mats/coasters would be useful.

Lovely London flat

The space was lovely - bright, airy with great sunlight and plenty of room. We slept like babies on the comfy beds after walking all over London. Our host provided all the finishing touches, including fresh flowers, everything needed for coffee/tea, and local recommendations. Fabulous location just north of Hyde Park.

Look no further for a perfect place in London

Francesca is an exceptional host. The place was perfectly located, gorgeous, and her communication impeccable. We had less than a 5 minute walk to the tube, Kensington Gardens just a short walk away, and she gave excellent recommendations. Book this place and have peace of mind.

Incredible Location

This is a very cute flat that worked well for a stay in London. It's located to close to train stations, groceries, and restaurants. We were about a 10-15 minute walk to Paddington station which made travel to our events and to the airport incredibly easy. Our host was lovely and made sure we got checked in and settled. Also, beautiful art work in the home to enjoy! Highly recommend.

Lovely Flat Near Hyde Park

We stayed at this sweet apartment near Hyde Park and Kensington, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The check in and check out process was remarkably easy and well instructed. The flat itself is lovely, lots of sunshine and great views. The flood had everything you could possibly need, and the host was very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again, thank you so much!

Wonderful place to stay

Francesca’s apartment was wonderful to stay in for many reasons. Francesca was very responsive every time I had a question, the check in was extremely easy, as was check out. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was fantastic. A quick walk to 2 tube stations, along with numerous restaurants, cafes etc. Also, if you like to walk it is very close to Hyde Park, markets, Notting Hill , Knightsbridge etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

London vacation

Francesca was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Beds were small but comfortable. We didn't realize the flat was on the fourth floor. Close to underground trains. In all, it was a very nice stay!

Nice stay in a great neighborhood

The property is clean and comfortable for our family of four. The kitchen has everything we needed. We were very glad to have a clothes washer and drying rack. The only down side is that there are a lot of stairs to the flat, but you get used to it. The neighborhood is quiet but near great amenities on Queensway and convenient to several Tube lines.

We loved the location of our neighborhood,convenient to markets and transportation options.

The apartment was spacious and contemporary. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities for preparing any meals at home. Francesca provided a personal touch by leaving a few extra food items for us. The neighborhood feel was really enjoyed with the proximity to Hyde Park a real plus!! It was perfect knowing we had a comfortable home to return to at the end of our daily adventures.

Great location. Beautiful art

This 4th floor property was lovely and the location was great. Loved having coffee in the morning in front of the big windows looking out on Leinster Garden Road. Francesca was a perfect host and communication ideas great. The apartment is perfect for a single couple or family but the second bedroom is pretty small for a second adult couple but we were able to make it work for the two nights we were there. Overall great experience.

Beautiful old ( Victorian?) property. Roomy, But Be prepared for stairs !!! The bathroom / Shower was an issue with water leakage. Very central position Very quiet.

Good location and nice building, but lacking the comforts of home...

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days. It is a wonderful building in a location that allowed us to walk to many attractions, restaurants and the Tube. Francesca met us, and was very nice and helpful. The rooms are grand with nice artwork and the apartment is spacious; unfortunately, it is very sparsely furnished with uncomfortable furniture/beds, and lacking amenities that could make it a great rental.

Lovely offer flat in a fun neighborhood

My husband, daughter and i stayed here for a long weekend. 10 minute walk to tube station, close to great restaurants, parks and shops. Don't miss the Portabello road market. A hike up stairs to the flat with luggage to a clean and charming flat. Comfortable bed and the small bedroom was perfect for our 13 yr old. It was simple and worked well for our family's needs! If you don't want stairs and creaky slanted floors (charm) then you may not enjoy a much as we did. Very secure entrance and safe neighborhood.

Convenient and Pleasant Flat in Bayswater Near Kensington Gardens

Francesa was wonderful to communicate with! She knew we were arriving in London a few hours before the check-in time at the flat and suggested we come by and leave our luggage so we didn't have to pay for a storage place. So that's what we did. She texted us later to let us know when the place was ready for us (earlier than expected).Tourists to London who rent a flat during their stay should be prepared to expect lots of stairs! Usually, these flats are in older townhomes that were converted into multiple flats. We were on the fourth floor and it was a lot of stairs! If you have difficulty with stairs, be aware. I don't usually see the stairs situation listed in the description for these flats but it has been our experience consistently over the many years we have been vacationing in London.Speaking of older buildings, the toilet had low pressure and did not always do the job when needed. Other than that, everything was comfortable.The location of this flat is wonderful! We were near the many restaurants of Bayswater and a short walk to Kensington Gardens.The flat was pleasant and clean. It was decorated with Francesca's lovely art. The big windows let in lots of fresh air which kept the place cool and comfortable. A nice stay!

Wonderful Flat and solid location .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful flat in London through VRBO, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The communication with the owner was seamless and they were incredibly helpful in providing all the necessary information and ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The flat itself is simply stunning - immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location is perfect, right in the heart of London with easy access to all the major attractions and transport links. Despite being in such a central location, the flat is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with a wonderful view of the city skyline. I particularly loved the attention to detail that the owner had put into making the flat feel like a home away from home - from the great art ( I believe the owner is an artist) to a nespresso machine with pods. Overall, I had a truly wonderful stay at this London flat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base from which to explore this amazing city. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Great London HQ!

Located in a great neighborhood with easy access to all of London. Tube stop 10 mins away on Queensway where there are many restaurants and shopping, and an easy 15 minute walk to Paddington Station where the Heathrow Express comes in (buy your tickets as one ways in each direction online, not round trip, at least 90 days in advance and they're dirt cheap). As indicated, the building is an old Victorian era structure, so expect some non-level floors and creaky floor boards. Be aware there are four flights of stairs, but bags slide down them easily on their sides when you leave. The flat is perfect for two or three people as the bed in the second bedroom is on the small size. The owner is wonderful. She is an artist, so the space is kitchy and ecclectic. She was a great resource and happily accommodated our need to drop bags and secure them due to a very early morning arrival and made it possible to come back later in the day to pick up the bags and keys to the flat. Thank you Francesca!!!!! We would definitely stay here again!
