Costa Maresme, Barcelona ★Casa Burriac, Sunny, Spacious with private & Pool

Thank you, Kevin and Mary, for staying, it was lovely to meet you and your three girls and to have you to stay in our property, thank you for looking after it and being great guests.

I, Marnie checked you in, and within an hour started receiving an avalanche of messages, and phone calls, as you could not seem to do the simplest of things! I instructed my son, to contact you as he knows the workings of the house better than I do. I was aware of all the goings on as he kept me informed, and I saw all his messages to you, He told you how to put the lights on, the AC, etc, and politely told you to please try not to call us every minute, only for essential things and certainly not during meal times and even as early as 8 on a Sunday morning or late in the evening as you were doing! AC: Clark told you what to do, when he offered to send a technician around you said no need as it was working, then told us again it had stopped working, so we send the technician with a new one two days later not a week later! We informed you at all times what was going on, so there was no need for us to go around. The fridge is no frost, so you can't defrost it! you packed it with too much food and then put the temperature right down, which you cannot doalsofood in the freezer keeps for at least24 hours without going off! The pool infinity border tiles are very expensive to repair, we had to get the pool technicians to go around to fix them, they don´t do this for free in Spain! you must have had a load of people jumping around on them, your nieces probably, for them to become unstuck and broken, there was not just a couple, they were all around the pool. It clearly states on the house rules, not to jump on the infinity pool tiles! The Dexailleria, which is not a rubbish pit, nor seen or in close proximity to the house, is not odorous or unsightly, it is where people take only their furniture and garden trimmings!!! I think that next time you go on holiday you should stay in a hotel. I feel sorry for any future hosts having you stay in their homes !!

Amanda and her family were the perfect guests. So happy that they had an enjoyable stay, as mentioned by her it is a great place to relax in but with easy access to everything.

Das Objekt war genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt wunderschön. Der Vermieter war immer ereichbar. Das Haus war von Anfang an in einem sauberen Zustand, es gab sehr viel Platz für alles. Wir möchten gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen. 1/12/2022 a las 12:32 PM
