Newly renovated kitchen, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom rental home within walking distance to Easton's (First) Beach in Middletown/Newport RI. It is located within walking distance to the Cliff Walk and several restaurants, and is a short drive to the rest of the beautiful beaches Aquidneck Island has to offer (Sachuest Beach, Third Beach, Rejects Beach, and more!). 2 miles to downtown Newport.

Take a short cab ride to all of the amazing restaurants, bars and shopping that Newport has to offer and come back to your own spacious sanctuary. Perfect for large groups, weekend getaways, and families with children! Come back after a long beach day and grill on the large porch overlooking Easton's Pond, enjoy breakfast, lunch and ice cream at Yiayia's Cafe next door, or take a quick drive to Newport for some fabulous dining and shopping!

5 Large Bedrooms offer maximum privacy:

There is a private efficiency attached with one renter, yearly.

Off street parking for 5 cars. Full laundry room with washer and dryer. Sheets and towel are provided. Large Living room, dining area and kitchen located on the main floor, with an open floor plan. Living room has flat screen TV. Dining table seats 6 with extra seating available. A large deck comes off the dining area, with a view of Easton's Pond.

Pack n' Play available upon request. Grill is provided. WIFI is provided. There is an Inn and Cafe adjoining the property that serves breakfast, lunch and ice cream. We are very accommodating and do our best provide whatever we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just ask!

Very convenient location, clean house and very friendly host. Host was responsive and we had a great time. The pictures showed an additional bedroom with twin beds that wasn’t there though.

The house was perfect for our group of college friends. Tons of bedrooms and great shared space inside and outside. We loved how close it was to the beach and downtown Newport. Leeza was extremely communicative and helped us with whatever we needed.

Perfect location

Leeza and Telly were amazing, so friendly and accommodating! Our group had an absolute blast, the house was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants - we had the best meals at their cafe (YiaYia's), and a short Uber ride to downtown Newport. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Girls Trip

Leeza was incredibly accessible and helpful throughout our whole stay and the location is perfect (short car ride to downtown Newport + wineries, walking distance to beaches, Cliff walk and restaurants). Would recommend for a larger group trip!

Loved this house!

12 girls stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect. Upon arrival the owners brought us an extra bed into one of the rooms. Great location walking distance to the beach and close to downtown. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Great for a stay focused on Newport

This is a commodious property with wonderful and available hosts. Definitely not fancy. Hosts were responsive to our need for a hairdryer, and also concerned when we reported upon leaving that there had been no hot water that morning. Members of our family dined one morning at the adjacent cafe owned by the hosts and gave a positive review to the food offerings.

Great location!

The location was perfect for us! Short walk to the beach and a quick drive to St George’s for the lacrosse tournament we were there for. The kids were able to walk to nearby Clementines for ice cream and the adults enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Leeza was available anytime we reached out. Thank you!

Close to the beach and several local restaurants/bars

Leeza and her husband are extremely responsive and friendly. The house fit 10 adults comfortably. Great location with views of the water and within walking distance of the beach, Clementine's Homemade Ice Cream, Rusty's bar and grill, Flo's Clam Shack, and Diego's Barrio Cantina. House is more mature and simple; no-frills.

Beach House

Plenty of space for sleeping. We were there on a very rainy and cold weekend and there is only one couch that seats three people and we were a group of ten. Would have liked to see a bigger couch.

Great location and great property owners

Leeza and her family were great to rent from! They allowed us to come over whenever we were running low on supplies and they even came over to help us out with the WiFi. The location is an easy walk to the beach and 5 minute car ride to downtown. The house has a porch that allowed us to eat dinner outside as the sun set every night! The rooms were nice but the couches and the house overall were both a little dated. It would be nice if the house had a few more appliances as well, as cooking was a little difficult. The convenience and the kindness of the owners made the stay well worth it. Her Greek cafe by the Inn is AMAZING - probably the best food we had all trip.

Summer fun

Leeza was very fast at replying to any of my question or concerns. Only problem we had was not knowing we couldn’t plug hair dryer into a certain side of the house but they helped us right away. Another pan to cook in the kitchen would be helpful too. Owners were wonderful though:)

Superb location, excellent hosts, some updates needed

Stayed 3 nights (Labor Day weekend) for family wedding. Great location, just outside Newport; all necessary amenities close by. Greek Cafe was excellent! Property could use some upgrades, especially with furnishings. Few minor problems were fixed immediately! Very responsive to resolve issues.

Bachelorette Trip

Honestly your stay could not have been more amazing!! We planned a trip for 13 girls in the beginning of August and we kept a saying the place could not have been more perfect. The place is very spacious with a large kitchen, and a great living area for hanging out. We ordered pizza one night and cooked pasta a second night and even with 13 girls there was never a second we felt cramped. The living area was great, we had brunch in the morning were able to play a game in the living area with all the girls (and again never felt cramped) and it was a perfect spot for us all to hang out. It’s also walking distance from the beach, so we were able to pack up our beach chairs and walk to the beach from our house (about a 7 minute walk). There are also 3 showers which was great for everyone getting ready. AC units were installed in all of the bedrooms. The location is also perfect. We went out to the downtown area one night and it was only a 10 minute drive away. We also went to Greenvale Vineyards another day and that was also only 10 minutes away in the opposite direction. The view from the property is also beautiful- right through the kitchen you get a perfect view right of the ocean and we got to watch the sunset right from our porch! The porch was also a great spot to hangout, we had 6 girls there the first night and we were able to have a nice happy our on the porch. Leeza and her husband are also INCREDIBLE! We had a few issues when we first came to the house (one of the AC units wasn’t working) and they immediately came over to fix it. We had a few other minor issues (some of the lights weren’t working), and again, Leeza picked up the phone immediately, was so nice (even with all of our complaints!) and came over to address and fix everything immediately. Both Leeza and her husband were so sweet and kind, it was better service than I would expect at a hotel! Overall, we had a fantastic stay. For a big group like ours, I couldn’t recommend the spot more!

Great stay for a bachelorette party!

We had 10 girls in Newport for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect place to stay! It was a great location in Newport and there was enough room in the house for everyone. My only complaint would be the many ants that kept us company in the house. There were also only window units for AC, so it took awhile for the house to cool down, but I think that is normal for the area. We had a great weekend and would definitely come again.

Family wedding

Perfect location. Wedding venue within walking distance. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Kids stayed downstairs which was a little damp smelling but they did not complain. Cafe at Seabreeze has great Greek food and Free-Friday Coffee at Cumberland Farms across the street!

Easy spot close to the beach

Family getaway

Had a great time. Property was perfect for our quick family trip. I liked how the downstairs bedrooms connected so we could have a room separate from our kids but also be right there should they need us in the middle of the night. Owners were very nice and helpful. Quick walk to the beach and quick drive to downtown Would recommend this place to others.

Great location & staff

Leeza and Telly were so accommodating from start to finish. Any request we had they immediately fulfilled, were always available & helpful. We’re already missing Leeza’s chef skills!
