Conveniently located in West Ocean City, this home is the perfect place for your next summer vacation! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. Invite your entire family and furry companion to create the memories that will last a lifetime. Walk to nearby restaurants including Harborside Bar & Grill and Crab Alley, or take a short drive to Jolly Rogers at the Pier and the Ocean City boardwalk. This home has an elevator inside for ease of access and its also handicap accessible with many features. The master suite is on the second floor and has a private lounge area to relax in after a nice day at the beach. The remaining 4 bedrooms are on the second level along with a balcony. TV's in every bedroom. Launch your boat at the public ramp nearby and park your trailer right at the home. Visit the Ocean City beach or head to Assateague Island and if you're lucky you might get to see the wild horses. Be sure to bring your camera! Bed sizes: 3K, Q, 2T, QSS. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. This home is NOT available for high school/college “Beach Week.” Cancellation fee will apply. ADDITIONAL NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $150.00 APPLIES PER PET. Great place!

This property was great and in an excellent location. Only complaint was everyone complained how uncomfortable the beds were and we couldn't find a broom to clean up.

Fantastic home!

This house was in a very quiet neighborhood with minimal foot and car traffic. Quiet and quaint space. It was a quick walk or drive to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We’ve already re-booked for next year!

Quiet getaway close to Ocean City

This was a last minute reservation, and it fit our needs. The five bedrooms gave our family plenty of space to spread out and not feel crowded. All four bedrooms in the upper floor were spacious and well decorated. The main floor master we did not like the bed. I feel like the mattress should be replaced. It was very lumpy and squeaky every time you moved it was hard to get comfortable. The bathroom for this room is shared by everyone on the first floor as a 1/2 bath but the door doesn’t stay locked so it was interesting with people going in and out. Make sure to keep the kitchen clean constantly as there will be ants if any debris is left behind. Coffee is a drip Machine so make sure to have grounded coffee. If you plan to bake you may want to bring your own pans because there were no baking dishes/spatulas. The bikes were a hit, and were used often. The propane grill was used a few times but needs to be upgraded as it didn’t have a grease tray and was dangerous when the flames got heavy. The washer/dryer was a nice amenity to have and worked great. We also enjoyed the screened in porch but someone needs to come in and clean that area and adjust the screens. Although we were there for a holiday week, it was still far enough away to have quiet but within 10-15 minutes we could be everywhere we wanted to be. We ate at crab alley (within walking distance) and enjoyed it. Assateague is a must to visit while there as well. Thank you for our nice home away from home for the week!

Excellent home in a great area

If you’ve never had the chance to explore West Ocean City, it’s worth it. This house is the absolute best at being your base for this. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Having a large garage and an elevator is amazing. Unloading and loading luggage couldn’t have been easier. The house comes with nice bikes too and the area is excellent for exploring by bike. Check out the park at the end of Old Bridge road too. There is a nice little beach right on the bay overlooking the inlet and Assateague Island. The only thing Harborview didn’t have was a view…. I know it once did but large tall new homes have taken complete care or eliminating that. It’s still very relaxing sitting on either of the two decks. Once is nicely screened too. I would highly recommend this house for a stay. Many thanks to VRBO, Heilman Realty, and the owners of this great property.

Great summer home

Location close enough to beach. Quiet neighborhood, corner lot with space for activities outside. Easy access with plenty of parking. Great inside space. Living room could use a nice couch but served our needs. Hileman was fantastic to deal with.

Family get away for the Holidays!

Wonderful property! Enjoyed our stay! Huge plus having the handicap accessibility with many in our party able to take advantage of the in home elevator. Would definitely stay again!

The property definitely looked better online than in person. Needs some updating and needs new kitchen glassware - all were melted from dishwasher. Beds were comfortable but found underwear and tampon applicators in bedroom drawer-left from prior renter. Neighborhood was convenient to nice restaurants and happy hours. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the house needs some attention.

Quiet Setting Close to Everything

The house was beautiful and huge. Lots of room for everyone and handicap accessible. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfy. AC cool! Less than 10 minutes from Assateague and Ocean City. Very pet friendly. Our dog approves of the quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

A few minor issues -continual electric power outages that required a lot of breaker resets (and a visit by an electrician) and a moldy shower curtain... but extremely responsive property manager after hours made all those items manageable. LR furniture is a little worn out and some extra bedding and the placement of bedskirts on the beds as well as stocking the kitchen a little more would really go a long way in making it feel "less basic" ...but overall a very nice house. Hard to find pet-friendly rentals in OC! Its a quick drive over the bridge to the "Inlet beach" with a huge parking lot ($3.50hr) without having to wander the streets looking for parking. I had my 96 year old Gram with me so this was appreciated (though there are no convenient bathrooms at that beach). The house is walking distance to the Harborside Grill (home of the original Orange Crush, they say) right on the water which is a great sunset spot. Outlet mall across the street (Rt. 50) and an excellent Chinese restaurant (OC Chopsticks) were nice to have when the OC over the bridge was so crowded. Also very convenient to Berlin (cute, walkable downtown) and Assateague Island (stop at the surf shop on the way for a cute and dog-friendly shop and cafe/coffee shop). Assateague Nat'l Seashore also has a dog-friendly beach but it was too hot for that in June, but would be nice in the cooler temps. I've never been to West OC before ("West O" I heard it called) but would definitely stay there again as it's really convenient to get to OC from there and is a less congested and dumpy than OC. I'd stay in this house again!

Beach house review

The house was very clean and spacious. We were able to bring our dog and as we do not particularly like Ocean city beaches we went to the Asseteague beach most every day which was wonderful.

Last minute replacement was great!!

So I had to literally find a place in Ocean City, for a week, that was available in a few days, that would allow my dog and also be handicapped accessible. This house fit the bill perfectly. The elevator was perfect for our needs and the handicap accessible bedroom and bathroom worked out great for my 86 year old father. The home is in a great location which is very close, walking distance to some of the best seafood restaurants in all of OC. The other bedrooms worked out great, and the house was loaded with a great kitchen, washer/dryer, internet, garage, and bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all my family. I would rent this house again in a heart beat the next time I am going with my big family.

nice place, but the screen is out on the porch, the washer was not working properly, the hallway pocket door doesn't lock, the 3rd floor was locked and you pay for the whole house!

Family gathering

We wanted to get together with our 3 grown boys and their significant others, our grandchildren (both the 2 legged and 4 legged kind) for a vacation which we had not done before, not all of us. With COVID being around we were not seeing each other so a vacation together seemed like a great idea. We scrambled to find a place on short notice- 5 weeks prior to going- but found this one which was dog friendly! It was great. The house was comfortable for all 8 adults- along with beds for adults (all queen or king beds except in 1 of the 5 bedrooms) . It was clean, easy access to the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. My only issue was in the kitchen/ gathering areas. The kitchen table would accommodate 6 and there were 2 more chairs but they were bar stool height and no one could get their legs under the table if they sat on the stool- even the 3 year old! So there was no place for us all to have meals together. The primary (and only inside) sitting area has a loveseat and a sofa and 1 chair so 6 people could sit in the house but there were no other chairs to sit around in except on the porch which had 2 metal chairs and a sofa-all metal with thin cushions and the porch would get mosquitoes inside so we were hesitant to sit out there much because we got bitten up.
