The Space:
The rental comes with an Ocean Pines Beach Parking pass as well - the Beach parking is located on the beach club is locate on the ocean at 49th street in Ocean City - Parking is first come first served.
This rental is for families and those groups over 25 years of age. We DO NOT rent to senior week groups.
This rental comes with a complete linen package built into your cleaning fee... So- all you need to bring is beach towels.
This home allows for 1 dog (no cats) per booking for families with a dog.

Large parking lot for 3-4 vehicles/ Guests do not have access to the garage.

Full kitchen with coffee pot, kettle, all cooking and dining items.
Dining room table and chairs / Large TV and entertaining area with Smart TV.
Large back deck - overlooking the canal leading to the Assawoman Bay. - No boat access, but you could launch paddle boards from here IF you bring them.
Shed - has lots of Beach items - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards - Use, rinse, and return policy.
Gas grill on back deck.
Boat Dock will fit a 20' or less boat included during rental.

We have bedrooms for 6 adults.
We have a cot and sleeper sofa for 2-3 children if needed.
