The beds are top of the line, as is the well appointed bedding. The large mudroom is equipped with washer/dryer and a half bath. The impressive fireplace, stretching thirty feet, graces the sunken living room and is the focal point of the Great Room. There is room for d ten people at the dining room table and the kitchen bar has room for another five seats. The large deck comes complete with large table and numerous chairs; the private beach and pier make this a most desirable unit for large groups. Everything in this house is first class and you won’t be disappointed with its “new world” charm.

Just 500' down the shoreline is a bar/restaurant and marine gas. The bar serves a light sandwich menu and features live music on the weekends.
