The beautiful vacation home, set in a building dating from 2008, is a modern build with plenty of outdoor and indoor space. This home is fully furnished. The boasts master bedroom with king size bed and connected bathroom and 2 bedrooms(queen size bed,single bed), cozy living rooms, dining & kitchen areas as well.

Our house called ( in Thai ) " SAN SA BUY " that mean Warm, Cozy and Happy Home. It is a private 2 story home in the private gate community also named " SAN SA BUY " . This community has only eighty houses and our house is number sixty . It located in the suburb of Chiangmai province , under San Sai district. It is only 400 meters from the main highway Chiangmai to Chiang Rai and about 50 meters from Television station Thai PBS. The house has 3 bedrooms 2 bahtrooms that can accommodate up to six persons. It is a quiet home away from home for the one that plan to visit Chiangmai. It is not too far from downtown. The owner can help arrange rental car or public transportation.

The host is my uncle his named Werayut Nitakorn also known as George is a retiree. He graduated from the University of North Texas with MBA degree. He and his wife, Kim spent over 30 years in the USA and few years in the Netherlands. George and Kim worked mostly in the hospitality business, hotel and restaurant so we can render our experience to help our customers in all respects.

Our neighborhood is nice and quiet. You will experience Thai Northern Style warm , genuine , and sincerely welcome in our neighborhood.
