Everyone enjoys spending time with family and friends, and having the ability to create memories together on vacation makes us treasure them even more. Being able to be under the same roof, without losing access to stellar resort amenities precisely what this 3 bedroom, 3 and a half bath skyhome offers. Sweeping east to west out to the Gulf of Mexico, the view from the Private balcony is unprecedented.

All Three Bedroom condos have panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows, private balconies and are fully equipped. All three bedroom condos will have wrap around balconies as they are located on the corners of each building. Each tower has a heated pool and spa with easy access to the beach.

Great experience

Accurate description of the property. Plenty of space in the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked. The resort itself was excellent, catering to our active children with plenty of activities. The restaurants were surprisingly good. I would highly recommend for an active family, or even a couple looking to relax.

Paradise!!

It felt like being in an oasis!!!! It felt like being in paradise:) The staff were all so warm and kind. Well above and beyond what we have seen elsewhere. Here's an example: My son-in-law lost his wedding ring at the soundside water obstacle course. Immediately I thought, "vacation ruined,,,," but one of the young men monitoring this area offered to don a mask and dive in over 8 feet deep brackish water..., AND HE FOUND IT!!!! Yay!!! Our vacation was saved!!! Thank you for a wonderful break from our crazy lives!!! Jane Smith

Beach bliss with all the comforts of home!

My family of 5 (3 teenagers) just had the best week ever! Everything about this unit and property checked all of our boxes: plenty of room, beds and sitting areas were very comfortable, the views were gorgeous, the staff friendly (24 hour front desk! Not that we needed it but it's a comfort to know it's there), the unit and property are well maintained, water was filtered (water wasn't hard, no brackish smell/taste), kitchen was a joy to cook in: great equipment/new calphalon pots/pans/coffee maker that does both drip an kcups, and so much more that a lot of other rentals we have stayed at do not have! (Hand soap at the bathroom sinks was a nice surprise...we come prepared with extra paper towels/TP/soap, but if you forgot these things you would have been just fine; it's the little details that were a pleasant surprise. The beach was a short walk, the common areas clean with several vending machines if you need a late night treat or extra bottled water/soda, and dehumidifiers in the hallways to make the wait for the elevator pleasant. Towels were plentiful but hotel sized (managed by the property- so a little small if you have some extra junk in the trunk, but the abundance made up for that!) We didn't use the main pool but it looked lovely. We did enjoy the pool that is attached to the building several times. I did make nice use of their on site Starbucks at the cafe so I didn't have to go a week without it! I do have to give a special shout out to Carrie...she was very responsive and sweet: we extended our stay and she coordinated that quickly on her Friday afternoon (Sorry, but thank you Carrie!) I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor and BOOK IT! No regrets other than the fact we had to leave!! THANK YOU!

Cleanliness and Maintenance

When we arrived there was not any hot water in condo, called maintenance it was taking them a while to get to us, so husband checked electrical panel and flipped hot water heater breaker. Hot water heater started working. Mold on bathroom ceiling in bedroom off dining room. Lights not working correctly in washroom and lights out in bedroom off dining room. Coffee pot was nasty, it had black crude in water reservoir had to scrub it. Air condition vent was nasty looked like someone had wiped down middle but dust and dirt on both sides of vent. There was not a broom or dust pan in the unit only swiffer sweeper and it did not sweep up sand and what it did get had no way of picking sand up. The biggest problem was furniture was nasty, dining chairs and den furniture had stains all over them. The resort was great just not condo unit.

We love Portofino.

The amenities and location are very nice. The condo was nice and mostly clean, however, floors needed to be mopped. My two small grandkids were waking barefoot in the condo and their feet were black on the bottom from the dirty floors.

Weekend with friends

We enjoyed everything about this weekend getaway. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The views of both the bay and gulf from the balcony were magnificent. The beach was close and the walk easy. Enjoyed dinner at one of the restaurants where the staff helped us celebrate a milestone birthday. Will be going back to this unit again

Outstanding Experience - Gorgeous Property

This is such a beautiful and well maintained property and we will absolutely consider choosing it again. All the amenities needed for an incredible getaway for our family with stunning views from the large, oversized balcony. Staff was super courteous and helpful during our time by the pool. Thanks for sharing your special home with us!

Beautiful view - lots of space

This unit has lots of space and a great view from every room. Very clean and well stocked. Booking and check in were easy. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending time there again!
