We had an excellent stay. The views were beautiful and the condo was perfect for our family. It had every amenity we needed for our stay. Our host was always available and very responsive. We are very thankful that he let us have an early check in seeing as we were traveling from 14 hours away and ended up arriving ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend this condo for your stay and we will for sure be staying here again. Thank you for being an amazing host!

I hope that your boys found a great spot to fish and SO happy that i could accommodate an early check in, as the UNIT had no outgoing guests and was READY for occupancy. The condo was great! Perfect location with awesome amenities. Bud was easy to get ahold of and made us feel very welcome. The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely hope to rent this condo again!

Great location, home like feel

We love this area of Pensacola. This condo is so beautiful and comfortable and has everything we needed. The pools and amenities are so nice. This was part of a longer vacation and we didn’t want to leave!

All around wonderful resort. We’ve been coming to Pensacola for years and never knew a resort this nice was on Pensacola Beach! It’s our new favorite place! Wonderful accommodations. Condo was very clean and perfect for our family of five!

Perfect Place to Enjoy the Beach

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, with easy beach access, all kinds of things to do on property, and easy access to all the activities on the main strip. Loved that it was also not too crowded. Beach chairs, umbrella and some toys on hand was an added bonus.

Relaxing vacation

We had a great time at the condo. We enjoyed the pool and community center everyday. All staff were friendly and the elevator in the condo was fast! All areas of the resort and condo were clean.

This unit was in need of a deep clean. Dust covered every surface, the appliances were very old, the balcony door didn't open and the master bathroom door didn't close. The untesils had dried food on them and there were stains on the bedding. Our key stopped working when we were packing our car 30 minutes before the scheduled checkout time. We also received no check out instructions, but did the normal checkout routine at most vacation rentals. We tried to communicate these issues with the owner privately and he has never replied to our email.

Lauren... I will let my 80 plus other reviews speak for my property.In response to your Claims: 1)There was not dust everywhere because I personally entered the unit the day you checked out. 2)The appliances are 2 years old, so, that absolutely refutes this nonsense. 3)Every surface in my unit was WET and in a total mess , and you probably set the key in that mess which will cause it to deactivate.they are programmed by the HOA and do not deactivate until NOON on day of check out. 4)The doors work fine, when you UNLATCH them. 5)Check out procedure is in a book right on the info table , but it really is quite simple.THROW your trash down the chute AND THAT IS IT...I do not expect my guests to do any type cleanup as my HOUSEKEEPER does that. 6)Check in instructions are automatically sent via VRBO.BUT if you remember correctly , THE SITE WENT DOWN in the middle of you booking and was OUT the entire time, but it STILL automatically should have opened up for you. BUT IN MY DASHBOARD , IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT I SENT the check in info that i always do, on top of their auto send of them.so THAT is another BALD FACE LIE. 7) i challenge you to check my communication with the other 80 plus reviews and i will let my record speak for itself... MOST STATE that I am IN CONSTANT CONTACT when notified about an issue and MOST note that the unit is immaculate and CLEAN .You left in such pitiful condition that i hope NOBODY EVER is " blessed " with renting to you. 8) YOU damaged the comforter.

Awesome place

We had a great time! Condo and resort were both incredible and perfect for families! The condo was fully stocked with everything you could want/ need. The master bed was so comfortable!! We will definitely be back!

Although we have just bought this property,, we co own it with a seasoned professional veteran of the vacation rental market... Bud Picou has owned since 2006 and fully manages the property with us!~ He also owns 1003 in tower 5.

We LOVE going to Uncle BUD's condo every year and decided to buy one along with him,, so we could come MORE OFTEN!~ We LOVE the Emerald Coast!~

This unit was furnished towards families with lots of kiddos or traveling with grandparents ,,, that does not want to waste the extra money for a 3 bedroom unit!~ It has a King bed in the master(sleeps 2 adults),,, A queen sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2),, an oversize chair sleeper(sleeps 1) in the living room,,, and a set of Bunks with bottom bunk being a full( SLEEPS 2 Children,, top bunk( 1 Child) and a Queen/Full bed (sleep2 adults)for a total of 2 adults and 3 children ,in the second bedroom,, for a total of 10 total in the unit, if need be !~
