Our fully equipped central AC 3rd floor villa, unit #325, is located in the Ocean Tower on Lagoon 2, the least crowded of four amazing and pristine lagoons. We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our NEW home, not a hotel or timeshare property, that we hope to share with you! Our villa is spacious with 2 Bedrooms (sleeps maximum 6 with no exceptions) and 2 full baths with over 1200 square feet of living space. Gorgeous ocean and mountain views await you.
Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances and a new LG full size stack washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, new designer floors in the bedrooms, honed granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. The new furnishings, WiFi high speed internet, DVD players, plus family board games and cards, large flat screen TV's in every room and other high end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There is also 1 reserved parking space included with our unit but others can be obtained in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and full dresser with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower and a full walk in closet with safe. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king upon requests, full dresser and closet, along with night stand, its own large bathroom with exquisite features and deep soaking tub/shower as well as a DVD player for the kids. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably plus there is a bar with 4 bar stools. The Living room has a large sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs along with coffee table. The villas decor is contemporary modern; island themed with soft colors and local Hawaii artwork.

RENTAL RATES: Our rental rates are as published. Taxes, admin fee, and cleaning fee(s) are extra. No credit card processing fees. Stays longer than 10 nights require mid-stay linen exchange and housekeeping ($195). Check-in after 1pm and check-out at 10am unless other arrangements are made. PAYMENT TERMS: 40% of total is due upon booking; remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in but other terms can be worked out so that you may enjoy your time with us.
