Wonderful facilities with great pool and lagoon fun. We had a local host Shane that was quick to help us with any specifics and the room itself is very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. Not many restaurant options within walking distance and you have to drive about 15 minutes for groceriesā€¦ there is a small local grocery nearby for those things you forgot and quick picnic items.otherwise it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the pool and beach. Thank you for a great week!!

Weā€™ve stayed at this property before in a different unit. Both times had an amazing stay, but the location of this particular unit gave us a stunning ocean view. Really couldnā€™t be happier with our experience and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Perfect location

Ideal location. The lagoons are excellent for snorkeling and the unit had all snorkeling equipment provided. Room is as advertisedā€¦very nice! If I could offer one suggestion it would be to upgrade the lanai furniture.

My parents and husband and I stayed here it was perfect amount of space and the view is perfect from the patio we sat on patio everyday to see the ocean views :) I would definitely stay here again next time we come back to ko olina :)

Everything was good except the furniture and rugs need to be updated. Trey are stained and have a permanent dirt look. The place needs a good dusting and cleaning of walls.

Best vacation ever!

The VRBO listing was very accurate. This unit was completely stocked with everything you could need. Koā€™Olina Beach Villas are located on the Leeward coast of Oahu. Itā€™s quiet, uncrowded beaches, but close to stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and people were patient. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Great unit!

This is our 4th time staying at the Beach Villas and this is the best unit we have stayed in! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, Tupperware, salt/pepper/evoo and the beach gear (towels, chairs, toys, wagon) is in great shape. This was our first time staying in the beach tower and the only thing we had to get used to was the noise from the main pool. It really wasnā€™t bad (didnā€™t keep us up) but you can hear other guests enjoying the amenities until 9pm when the pool closes. The other thing is that the second bedroom does not have shutters on the window so it doesnā€™t get dark during the day (potential concern if you still have babies who nap). Overall, great place, would stay here again!

True Paradise!

We just returned from a weeklong stay with our 3 kids and cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the entire resort! It truly felt like a home away from home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids especially loved all the beach toys! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and it added to our enjoyment that we could keep an eye on our older kids at the pool from the lanai so they could have fun with friends while we have our toddler a break. The pictures donā€™t do it justice and we hope to return next year!

Wonderful property

This property was just as it was represented. If you want the amenities of a major resort with much fewer people, this is it. We had a wonderful time and would gladly go back. Property managers and property staff were helpful and available through the check in and check out process. The views, pools, and beach were all great. Great value and very pleased with our stay.

Hawaii Anniversary

This property is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is low key and quiet but activities are close by and accessible. The units are amazing, especially the large sliders opening to lanai. Kitchens are tastefully appointed with top of the line appliances. The pools are great and staff is pleasant, not overbearing. Definitely would stay again, and recommend to others.

Staff came to our room and showed us how to operate the thermostat, microwave, stovetop, and other things after checking in. It was great that the apartment had items in the closet for the beach. We used chairs, snorkeling equipment, and other items. Our teenage children had a great time.

Wonderful stay

This property was perfect for 2 couples. Very clean, comfortable, and the balcony is perfectly situated for a nice view of the pool and ocean and for shade in the afternoon. The dryer is small and dries slowly, so donā€™t count on much there. Otherwise, the kitchen, appliances, and beach/ pool supplies were way beyond expectations. Excellent stay. We will try to rent this unit again on our next visit.
