Welcome to our luxurious paradise retreat at Ko Olina Beach Villas, where relaxation meets first-class amenities. This impeccably maintained penthouse in the Beach Tower offers breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and lagoon pools—a true tropical haven designed for unforgettable holidays.

Your stay includes thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, free Wi-Fi, and free long-distance calls within North America. The condo is equipped with beach toys, golf clubs, Apple TV, puzzles, books, and a printer/fax/scanner—yes, even hairdryers are provided!

Located in an exclusive gated resort, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps six, with additional options for a baby or young child. The spacious 1,350 sq. ft. condo includes a 300 sq. ft. lanai overlooking the ocean and lagoon pools. Appointed with top-of-the-line appliances—a Wolf oven, Sub-Zero wine fridge, Samsung washer/dryer, and more—this condo ensures a seamless blend of luxury and practicality. Each room features a smart TV, and the living area includes Apple TV for added entertainment.

The lanai is the perfect spot to unwind, offering oversized chairs and a magical view for morning coffee, whale watching, or sunset dining while listening to the waves. For beach days or poolside BBQs, we provide plastic dishes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. Indoor relaxation is just as inviting, with puzzles, movies, games, and books to enjoy.

The resort’s amenities include three hot tubs, a kids' pool, a fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, and a beach bar. You’re also steps from beach rentals, spa facilities, and a world-class golf course. A short walk takes you to great dining options, beachside bars, and the Disney Hotel. The Honu Lagoon offers tranquil swimming and snorkeling, while the nearby marina provides paddleboard rentals and other adventures.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Waikele Outlet Mall and Costco are just a 10-minute drive, and Waikiki is a 30-minute drive east. The Honolulu International Airport is conveniently only 25 minutes away.

Our child-friendly and wheelchair-accessible condo includes a Graco Pack’N Play and toddler bed, with additional baby gear available through BabyQuip’s rental service.

Perfect location!

You won't find a better view and location for the price. Wonderful Tiki Bar. Very close to Paradise Cove Luau, which is the best on the island. Snorkeling or whale watching trips less than 1/4 mile. away

Great space for family vacation!

We brought our two teenage daughters here for a family vacation to celebrate their graduations. We had a wonderful time. Loved this property, as it was very spacious for the four of us. Very well supplied and had a wonderful view. Would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic Home away from Home

Wonderful home away from home for our memorable family vacation. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, friendly staff, great amenities. Easy drive to north shore or Honolulu. Restaurants/shopping complex within walking distance. Parking was easy as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Great spot!

Fantastic trip to Ko’Olina and wonderful stay at this condo. The photo’s under sell the view which was far better than we had anticipated. Kim was very helpful prior to our visit. The place was very clean and tidy with plenty of space for us. Our second time to the Beach Villas and the stay on the 9th floor was the best with the views. Would recommend this place and definitely will return. Cheers!

Fantastic property!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo is so well stocked with everything you need for the family. Whether you are all adults, or a family with small children, you will be set for fun. Beautiful location

KoOlina beach villas are our favorite part of Oahu to stay at. Our villa was comfortable, well equipped, clean, tubs are excellent, and beds comfortable. The villa could use a few updates but in general it was very comfortable. The lanai overlooks the pool area and is noisy from 8am to 9 pm when the pools close. It didn't really bother us, but if you're looking for quiet spot to sit throughout the day you won't find it on the lanai. Our host was helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

Perfect Paradise

Love the condo and the location of the villa. It was in nestle in a lovely beach resort area in Ko Olina and away from the busy city. Absolutely was a paradise. The condo has everything we needed and more. We love eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoying looking out at the view. Love our walks along the beach and lagoons. Everything was perfect!

We visit the Hawaiian Islands every year for the past 20 yrs. Ko Olina on Oahu is my Number #1 place to stay. We got burned a couple hrs ago w/VRBO.. was hesitant to try again.. this Owner is great. Their Condo is Fabulous. Ready to go back and stay next year with them.

Spectacular Vacation

We had the pleasure of spending our 20th wedding anniversary at the Jeans’ Ko Olina Beach Villas home. The home is spectacular in all respects! Wonderful location. Spectacular views. Beautiful and relaxing accommodations. We are already missing our morning cup of coffee on the lanai gazing through our sunglasses into the mesmerizing turquoise ocean just below. Plus, Kimberley is incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Everything you need to have a great vacation in paradise.

This beach villa unit has a phenomenal ocean view, every amenity you could want and is just minutes walk from restaurants, golf and wonderful protected beaches. Easy access to the highway puts you within easy reach of all the attractions on Oahu...pools, hot tubs and the grounds are impeccably maintained by friendly, helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the unit stocked with everything you'll need. We're looking forward to coming back again...100% satisfied with our stay. Thanks so very much!

Best vacation ever! Honestly, we liked the condo too much! The beach and pool were pristine, filled with wonder and aww of the beautiful flowers falling from the trees into the pool. We didn't even care to explore, but we had the best time in Hanauma Bay,enjoying kava, and watching the huge waves at the north shore! We downloaded the shaka app, which gave us our own personal tour guide! I'm not sure how anyone can complain about anything at this property. We want to buy here!

Wonderful family stay

We booked Ko Olina to celebrate a family milestone with other relatives staying upstairs in the Beach tower and grandparents at the property next door. The unit is spacious, updated fixtures & appliances and well-appointed for cooking our own meals. Owner provides lots of equipment for pool & beach. The 4 of us had tons of room for sleeping & relaxing and it was easy to host our group of 10 for meals together in the unit or on the lanai. 2nd bathtub surface chips need refinishing and the drain was out of the tub and nonfunctional. I presume that's temporary as the rest of the unit is definitely high-end!

Beautiful Ko Olina Beach Villa Condo

We are just wrapping up a wonderful 2 week (6/10/17 - 6/24/17) stay at Kimberly Jean & Family's condo in the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The Condo is on the 9th floor, the balcony directly overlooks an incredible saltwater pool (we spent a lot of afternoons in the pool!), the beach and ocean are to your right. The view is beautiful! The condo is great. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked -- but I didn't do a lot of cooking, we generally ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and enjoyed dinner out. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, etc. Overall, the condo is very clean and comfortable -- no complaints, no problems! We loved spending 2 weeks here. We got adjusted to the time change, explored the island, went on a lot of hikes, relaxed on the beach and by the pool. We are sad to leave! We will be back! One tip: When you check in, make sure they give you a parking spot for the parking lot that is underground under the condo. When we checked in they tried to give us a parking spot that was pretty far away, by the other building, and not undercover. I am SO glad I asked for the closer, undercover parking spot. We used our car a lot (600+ miles!), hauled up a lot of groceries, and it would have been very inconvenient to have to hoof it all the way to the other parking lot!

Needs some improvements

We've stayed at this complex before. The unit's top floor location close to the beach gives it excellent views however sitting above the resort pool means you get screaming kids from 6am til 9pm every day even the though the pool doesn't open till 9am. So bad we we ate out on the lanai only once and had to keep the doors closed all the time. (Had to sleep with earplugs as well.) Unit needs some upgrades: time for new couches and a new rug in the guest room (or a steam clean) as well as a new guest bath tub (or get it resurfaced at least). Cupboards and closets are well stocked; maybe too much as there's not a lot of room for your own stuff. TV set up in the living room is way too complicated and we had to unplug and re-plug the power strip often to get it to work. Kicker was that prior to arrival owner emailed to let us us know the microwave was broken. When I mentioned that at nearly $800 a night after taxes and fees that we're expecting a microwave to re-heat stuff, she offered me the opportunity to go buy one myself and she would reimburse me half the cost up to 50 bucks! Why I needed to go buy it and subsidize half of the cost is beyond me. Overall not as great as other stays at this resort.

FANTASTIC!!

ALOHA! We had the fortune of spending 10 days at this luxurious penthouse condo. What a paradise.The open concept living space was very bright, roomy and comfortable and with full appliances and amenities. The best part was walking out onto the lanai through glass doors that completely retracted into the walls. From the lanai we had an amazing view of the pools and gardens, and the beach.Walking through the garden walkways, we saw lush vegetation and koi ponds. The grounds were constantly being maintained.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Every day or so we were excited to watch the humpback whales breach and blow!! Every morning the sun greeted us in our huge master suite through a glass sliding door that opened up to a private lanai. Our master suite had a king sized bed, walk in closet, and huge bathroom with walk in shower, and deep soaker tub and separate water closet. The second bedroom also had a king sized bed and private bathroom. What a bonus to have an in- suite washer and dryer! We had the choice of spending the day at one of the pools and hot tubs or the beach. The complex had a large sandy beach and lagoon, which was our favourite place to hang out as we loved snorkelling. We saw many incredible types of fish in the reefs. Also a sea turtle and a monk seal paid a visit, much to our delight. I must also mention that in the deck box on the lanai, there were beach chairs, snorkels, beach toys, etc. There was nightly musical entertainment around the tiki bar. Resort Experience

The property is gorgeous!. The views are outstanding if not one of the best on the property. The resort amenities are excellent and compare to any top notch resort. The pools are big, have plenty of room for all, and we never had any problem securing a lounge chair when we needed one. Live music on the property is an added bonus and the bar near the ocean is a nice touch that you may not expect at a private condo. The gym is very spacious and well equipped. The check in process was very easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking situation isn’t ideal and we had to park the car on the opposite side of the property in a surface lot. For grocery store trips and anytime we had a lot of stuff to carry such as coolers and beach chairs, we sent someone to go and get the car and bring it around to the group. There is only one assigned parking spot in the garage which the unit is in, and the owner keeps their car parked in that spot. The front desk has to assign you a spot in the extra parking lot on the other side. The condo was clean and had all the appliances you could imagine. Coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. was provided with more than enough for the week. The trash bin was small and there wasn’t a separate one for recycling. We later found out, that there was supposed to be a gift basket left for us, but we didn’t receive it. Instead the resort host left us a handful of fruit chews, a couple coffee pods, and a granola bar. He said he forgot to bring up a bottle of wine. Kim told us that she was sorry about the basket and said that the cleaning crew should have prepared one for us, so she said she would give us a gift certificate to the Monkey pod restaurant. She never followed through, so we called the resort host and asked him about the wine he “forgot” and he delivered up a bottle of nice wine and champagne. The internet was initially out when we arrived but we got that taken care of. Kim responded right away and told us out to reset the modem in the closet. Instructions were also listed in the guest book. The cable tv in the guest room was also out. Kim addressed this as well, and sent over the cable company and they replaced the cable box. Not a big deal, small problem will arise, from time to time. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice amount of chairs, and beach gear to use. It would be nice to have a folding wagon to help cart the stuff.
