Welcome to Condo Brisamar in Ventanas Residencial sits high on the hills overlooking Cabo, in the exclusive Tezal gated community with 24-hour security. It provides convenient access to the attractions of Cabo San Lucas, blending serene hillside living with proximity to fun activities. Onsite you’ll have access to the gym for a workout and then dive into relaxation with a refreshing dip in the swimming pool!

Our remodeled condo features an open concept. There’s a TV sitting area for downtime moments where you can relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the Smart TV to recharge after a long day of beach, fun and sun! If you prefer fresh air, open the wall-to-wall glass doors to connect to the private terrace overlooking the pool. It’s a great spot to enjoy a cocktail or wine as the sun goes down.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, utensils and dishware for preparing any meal of the day. Plus, the dishwasher makes for easy clean-up so that you can get back to your vacation time. The dining table can comfortably seat 6.

After a day of exploring, retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms designed to accommodate up to six guests:

⦁ Master Suite – King bed and ensuite full bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
⦁ Bedroom 2 – King bed with access to a shared full bathroom.
⦁ Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, an office desk, and access to a shared full bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, soft linens, plush pillows, and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

For your convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer, free parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an elevator for easy access.

Ventanas del Mar Residencial is perfect for relaxation, away from the downtown crowds. The gated community sits high on a hill, offering panoramic views of Cabo. Within about a 15-minute drive, you can reach Walmart or Costco for groceries and enjoy a variety of dining options, pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and shopping.

The property is about 8 km | 5 miles from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It`s highly recommended that you rent a car to explore the area. There’s an assigned parking space inside the gated complex. The area also has Uber and Lyft services, and public transportation options.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
-No smoking inside the condo. A ($300 fine applies) will be charged if this rule is violated. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the terrace area with the doors closed.
-Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. This is a residential community, and we kindly ask you to be respectful of our neighbors’ rest and privacy.
-No pets allowed
-Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required after check-out
