You will wake up to the most beautiful, breathtaking sunrises imaginable. It's the view you will see every morning no matter whether you're lounging in the master bedroom, sipping coffee out on the balcony, stretched out on the couch in front of the 42' Flat Screen TV, or preparing breakfast in the Gourmet Kitchen.

The ultra-luxurious, hillside property lies within the premier, private El Pedregal community of Cabo San Lucas, a community of multi-million dollar homes and Old World charm. There are electronic gates with a security guard stationed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Guards also patrol by automobile for added well-being.

It's in the ideal location for walking the charming cobblestone streets to get to the Marina, to downtown Cabo shopping & dining, as well as to Cabo's famous nightlife. You will also enjoy the exclusive amenities available only to Pedregal residents and guests, such as access to the magnificent Pacific Ocean beach and Private Tennis Club. World class golf courses are just a short drive away.

Each room of the condo has been professionally decorated, is air-conditioned, and offers all the comforts of home. Granite countertops and stainless steel GE appliances await you in the Gourmet Kitchen. The large bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, plentiful closet space and bedside alarm clocks.

Magnificently landscaped, the grounds will keep you captivated as you stroll through the changes in levels and beautiful gardens. Unwind by the true Infinity Edge Pool, or soak in the Jacuzzi overlooking the Bay. Entertain guests on the large party deck equipped with a gas-fired BBQ grill.

Daily Maid service is available upon request. Our Concierge can arrange to have you greeted and picked up at the airport in a private air conditioned Suburban or Coach Van. We can also recommend a service that will have the kitchen stocked for you in advance, as well as a private chef to cook for you if you would prefer. We can have your tee times confirmed and spa appointments booked ... all before you arrive!

Multiple issues with the condo. Broken blinds on n the living room, nonfunctional ACs in all the rooms, Leaking AC in the master that required us to put down several towels each day. Owners were aware prior to our arrival and didnā€™t address this issues. Would not recommend

Beautiful place

This condo was perfect for 2 couples. We had a nice mix of eating in and eating out. The restaurants around there are fabuloso! Pools were very enjoyable too.

Great place to stay with a remarkable view.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It is safe and secure. Easy walk to the marina and downtown. I suggest calling a taxi or uber for your return as it is an uphill walk back. It is quiet, although you can still hear some of the party life from the marina at night. Loved sitting on the balcony at night and early morning overlooking the town and ocean.

Excellent!

Our stay at this condo was fabulous. The views are absolutely stunning, the property was well maintained, very clean, had everything we could possibly need and then some. We spent 7 glorious days there and witnessed breathtaking sunrises each morning while drinking coffee on the patio. The owner, property manager and transportation staff were easy to reach if necessary and made sure we were well taken care of. I just cannot say enough about this wonderful condo and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at the condo and highly recommend it for a vacation. We had a rental car and the condo came with a parking space, so we went to the marina everyday. Very clean and well cared for unit and complex. Loved the infinity pool, too.

Peace and quiet with a view

The place is away from the downtown noisy night life and we loved it. Kristy the owner made sure that we had all that we needed to make us feel at home.Ā  She made sure all supplies we replenished and upscaled us with a brand new set of pots and pan for a more enjoyable cooking experien ce. Quiet evenings at home with a sunset and a view of the bay was memorable. The gym and the pools were always cleaned with neighbours being very respectful. Would recommand to anyone wanting to discconnect and enjoy the beauty of Cabo San Lucas. Cheers

LOVED IT

We loved our stay at the condo. The place was so clean and comfortable. Well stocked, we cooked a few times and it had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was insane, and waking up to the sunrise over the water was such a treat. Just like other reviewers said, the walk was totally doable, but on days we wanted to mail it in we'd call a cheap Uber, it was so easy. The pool areas were quiet and clean. I would 100% stay here again!

We loved the condo. The views spectacular. Fully stocked. Nice comfy beds. But we would be remiss if we didnā€™t mention that the dishwasher did not work and was a known issue before we arrived. Not a big deal for us but may be for others.

The only drawback is you wonā€™t want to leave!

Iā€™m not joking! We only went to dinner in town for dinner half the nights because this is such a comfortable place, and the view is exceptional!!! Whether youā€™re on the couch, on the deck, in bed or in the hot tub, you get to look out to this grand expanse of ocean and city, and itā€™s mesmerizing. Super comfortable and bright condo. Great communication with the owner and the managers, who also gave us lots of tips on stuff to do. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay! Place was a slice of heaven and as pictured for the most part. There were many areas in the bathrooms especially where the ceilings were needing repairs. We never met up with the property manager but we were late getting there due to having issues with service on our cell for directions. I did notify them that we had done a load of towels and that we were on our way out when we left. Never heard back. Would be helpful to have information on how to work some-of the things such aa the air units. This was our first trip and definitely plan on coming back!

Slightly disappointed

Condo property was good. This unit needs some TLC. Paint peeling in bathroom. Quality of linens was poor. Pillows & mattress cover were unacceptable. Sweat stains on all. No soap, shampoo or extra toilet paper provided.

My husband and I grew up in Texas but we run off to Cabo every chance we get! The condo is our little slice of heaven ... a place where we feel absolutely relaxed and care-free. Some days we don't even get our toes in the sand; instead, we just slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors, mix up some margaritas, work a puzzle, and soak in the warmth and sunshine. If we happen to be in town on an evening when the full moon is rising out over the water, we rush back up to our place to watch it from the couch and play our favorite tunes. And no, it's not always country music. :) We just can't get enough. And we'd love nothing more than to share it with you!

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

The people are friendly, the food in Cabo is fantastic (so MANY great restaurants!); and we love that we can retreat back up the mountain after a busy day of playing in Cabo, to escape and relax and watch the city go to sleep. Cabo San Lucas is truly charming and unique!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

There is the most wonderful organic farmers market within a 4 or 5 minute walk from our condo. It's only open on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, so plan ahead! They have the freshest meats, fish, vegetables, fruit, eggs, herbs & more. Plus, they have casseroles already made up that you can take back to the condo and bake. It's one of the many things I love about the location of our place. That, plus I feel like I'm staying in the Hills of Hollywood when we're 'at home' in Pedregal. It's truly luxurious and exclusive, you just know someone rich & famous is staying somewhere nearby. Medano Beach is the place to see and be seen in Cabo, but there are 3 other beaches in the area that I prefer. Please ask me where to find them! As a guest at our condo you will have access to the Pacific Ocean Beach, which is something you absolutely must see while in Cabo!
