This large three-story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome is located in the upscale private community of Canal Corkran. The location makes it an easy walk to Rehoboth Avenue, and all in-town shopping, dining and entertainment. The beach and boardwalk are a short bike ride or walk (approx. 1.4 mile).
Note that we are located East of Route 1, so no traffic to worry about.
Canal Corkran is a quiet, well-maintained, park-like community. We are near plenty of biking trails and neighborhood paths, which are perfect for a stroll. The community pool is right around the corner. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, while having the conveniences of downtown Rehoboth.
First Floor
Large living room with sliding door - leading out to the patio.
Fully equipped kitchen with counter dining space for 4.
Half bath/powder room
Separate dining room adjacent to the kitchen.
Gas grill and outdoor seating for 4 available on the patio.
Second Floor
Bedroom #1 - Main Suite with one king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and full bathroom. Walk out to deck with view of pond.
Bedroom #2 – One queen bed and closet.
Bedroom #3 – One queen bed with TV and closet.
Full shared bathroom with bathtub located across the hallway.
Third Floor
Bedroom #4 – Main Suite with one King bed, 2 twin beds, TV, 2 large closets, and
full bathroom
PLEASE NOTE: the 3rd floor can get very warm during the summer because of the AC unit not being able to cool the 3rd floor completely. This is a flaw in the building design. There is a ceiling fan and 2 standing fans on the third floor. We recommend that you turn the AC down to 68 degrees to keep the 3rd floor at a reasonable temperature. It will be very cold on the 1st and 2nd floor, but that is the only way to keep the third floor somewhat cool. We also recommend that you leave the blinds on the third floor closed at all times, do not open the windows, and leave on the ceiling fan to circulate the air. Please do not place furniture or suitcases over the floor AC vents - that will block the cool air flow. We are aware of this issue and there is nothing that can be done about it. We are not allowed to have an additional unit installed per HOA guidelines, and the unit we have was installed in 2022 and is serviced 2 times per year with regular filter changes. Please understand we have done our best to rectify the situation. There are no refunds or discounts on the rental property related to this issue.
