Single level home in a gentle, quiet , deep water cove at Lake of the Ozarks .

Welcome to our vacation paradise. Our 1 level home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with plenty of accommodations for max of 6 adults.It is easily accessed by paved roads, and has plenty of parking (3+ cars) which includes a covered car port.

Along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the house has a spacious & comfy Living room, and great sized Kitchen & Dining areas. It is located in the gorgeous Bollinger Cove of Lake of the Ozarks. It is at the mile marker 44 and has over 150 feet of deep water lake front, giving it beautiful views in the quiet cove. Please let us know if you’re going to bring your water toys -- Enjoy the new 2 slip dock. 12 X 34 covered slip available for your water toys. Huge swim platform. A Community boat launch is less than a 1/4 mile away .

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee & listen to the birds and other wildlife on the decks that can be accessed via either side of the house. When the coffee is gone, enjoy the lake from either the New 2 slip 60 X 38 Dock, Large swim Platform and shaded area in front of the dock Bar or the smaller swim platform. Water flotation toys and safety/life vests are NOT provided, please bring some with you to enjoy your time in the lake. Or just hang out on the decks, enjoying the sun on one side, or sitting under the gazebo in the shade on the other. And In the evenings, you can roast marshmallows & make s'mores while telling stories around the fire pit (Firewood is NOT provided, please bring your own).

If the sun is a bit too warm, enjoy the air conditioning inside the 1500+ square foot, single level home. There is Wi-Fi at the house, and satellite TV. There are 3 TVs at the house, one in the Living room, another is in the Kitchen/Dining area, and the third one is in the Master bedroom. The living room has plenty of comfy seating, (Dish network) Satellite TV, and a fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a charcoal grill available for use at the fire pit (DO NOT USE THE GRILL ON THE DECK -- & please bring your own charcoal). There is also a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a King Size adjustable bed, a walk-in closet & other built-in storage. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink & private commode.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. One has a King size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Each of the guest bedrooms have storage and a vanity area with a sink & mirror. These two rooms share the other full size bathroom which has a tub/shower combo, sink & commode. There is also another 1/2 bathroom.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS please.
NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND are allowed.

There are about 20 steps from the parking area down to the house. There are about 8 steps down from the deck to the fire pit, and about 7 more from the fire pit to the boat dock. To get to the swim dock there are about 25-30 steep steps down with a sitting deck about halfway down.
