Single level home in a gentle, quiet , deep water cove at Lake of the Ozarks .

Welcome to our vacation paradise. Our 1 level home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with plenty of accommodations for max of 6 adults.It is easily accessed by paved roads, and has plenty of parking (3+ cars) which includes a covered car port.

Along with the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the house has a spacious & comfy Living room, and great sized Kitchen & Dining areas. It is located in the gorgeous Bollinger Cove of Lake of the Ozarks. It is at the mile marker 44 and has over 150 feet of deep water lake front, giving it beautiful views in the quiet cove. Please let us know if you’re going to bring your water toys -- Enjoy the new 2 slip dock. 12 X 34 covered slip available for your water toys. Huge swim platform. A Community boat launch is less than a 1/4 mile away .

Outside you can enjoy your morning coffee & listen to the birds and other wildlife on the decks that can be accessed via either side of the house. When the coffee is gone, enjoy the lake from either the New 2 slip 60 X 38 Dock, Large swim Platform and shaded area in front of the dock Bar or the smaller swim platform. Water flotation toys and safety/life vests are NOT provided, please bring some with you to enjoy your time in the lake. Or just hang out on the decks, enjoying the sun on one side, or sitting under the gazebo in the shade on the other. And In the evenings, you can roast marshmallows & make s'mores while telling stories around the fire pit (Firewood is NOT provided, please bring your own).

If the sun is a bit too warm, enjoy the air conditioning inside the 1500+ square foot, single level home. There is Wi-Fi at the house, and satellite TV. There are 3 TVs at the house, one in the Living room, another is in the Kitchen/Dining area, and the third one is in the Master bedroom. The living room has plenty of comfy seating, (Dish network) Satellite TV, and a fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a charcoal grill available for use at the fire pit (DO NOT USE THE GRILL ON THE DECK -- & please bring your own charcoal). There is also a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a King Size adjustable bed, a walk-in closet & other built-in storage. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink & private commode.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. One has a King size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Each of the guest bedrooms have storage and a vanity area with a sink & mirror. These two rooms share the other full size bathroom which has a tub/shower combo, sink & commode. There is also another 1/2 bathroom.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS please.
NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND are allowed.

Cell service is very minimal, Wi-Fi available for phone calls & messaging.

There are about 20 steps from the parking area down to the house. There are about 8 steps down from the deck to the fire pit, and about 7 more from the fire pit to the boat dock. To get to the swim dock there are about 25-30 steep steps down with a sitting deck about halfway down.

Beautiful lakefront home

We took a short vacation to the Ozarks as a family. I wanted a place that was waterfront so we could spend lots of time floating and swimming. We brought a couple chairs to sit out on the swim dock and enjoy the quiets mornings on the cove. We also brought several floaties to enjoy the perfect temp water and relax. We used the fire pit once to make s’mores. We rented a jet ski and pontoon from Station 46 marina. With an all day rental, they come and pick you up and return you home afterward. This saved on a lot of drive time as it was much quicker by boat than by car. The house was very clean and had everything one would need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the washer and dryer worked great. Very thankful to the homeowners for sharing this gem with us. We had a great time!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house! The home was very family friendly with lots of space to spread out. The dock and fire pit along with the large deck made the time outside very enjoyable. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we’ve stayed at and will definitely book again!

Awesome Place

This property is in a great location if you like a little privacy. There are some close locations for snacks and dinner by boat, but it’s not out in the middle of all the busy areas. A very cozy home.

Lovely home

Comfortable and clean home with great view of the lake. Nice big balcony. Dock for our tritoon was good and easy access to lake for swimming. The distance to the bars and restaurants by boat was pretty far but that’s my fault for not doing better research. We would definitely stay there again! Hosts were very easy to work with. Good communication.

Family time

Our family had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed. We had 6 adults & 2 children & there was plenty of room! Enjoyed having a deck on each side of the home enabling us to get out of the sun. Vince was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for providing a great place to make family memories!

Quiet location

Location is peaceful and well shaded with mature trees. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances and has plenty of room. Our family was comfortable during our stay. Tons of catfish biting by the docks.

Great Spot on Lake of the Ozarks

Great property right on the water to include an area to tie up our boat. Swim dock was an added benefit. Great cove and area for kayaking as well. Plenty of areas to find a spot and just relax in between lake activities.

Perfectly Relaxing Weekend

Myself, my fiancé, best friend and her husband had a wonderful time at this property over this past weekend! Upon entering the property, there is plenty of parking for two vehicles in the driveway under the awning. Check-in instructions were easy and the house was perfectly cleaned upon our arrival! We were instantly taken aback by the beautiful view from the kitchen and were excited to get down to the lake - which couldn't be easier to access. During the day, we had a wonderful time on the lake, floating around and swimming. We didn't have a boat, so can't attest to that, but we had fun watching lots of boaters go by and wave! The inside of the house is welcoming, HUGE and well appointed. My fiancé and I stayed in the master and our shower was fantastic! The couch is very comfortable when you're ready to take a break from the heat and play some games. We couldn't have had a better stay - we would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway a LOTO!

Perfect Lake Vacation!

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room for our group of 7. We spent the week boating, fishing & swimming off the dock. There are a couple shaded outdoor areas with grills & fire pits. The house interior is clean and updated. Would definitely stay there again!

A peaceful place on the lake

The owners were very easy to work with and communicated very well. We had a few questions and they were answered quickly. The house was very clean and just as advertised. The WiFi is a bit spotty at times but we were on vacation so it didn't bother us. A quiet place in a great cove. We would visit again.

Lovely Lake House

We had a wonderful time at this charming property! The house is well cared for, newly updated and very clean. The kitchen is also well equipped. It’s clear that a lot of love has gone into this house. We loved the outside area—great docks, a fire pit and a beautiful deck. The location is also great as it is in a quiet cove—perfect for swimming! The owners were helpful and great communicators. I highly recommend this property and hope I will be able to stay there again.

Perfect getaway location

This place was perfect. We had the best time ever. It's a beautiful little house, decorated with lake themed charm, all the amenities, amazing communication with the owner, beautiful outdoor scenery, super easy Lake & dock access, updated and very beautiful home. I would highly recommend this rental. We had two adults in the master, do adults in the second bedroom, when teenager in the third bedroom, one teenager on the daybed, and two littler kids on the gigantic couch.

Excellent Lake House getaway in a quiet cove

This lake house was excellent for getting away for vacation. Located in a quiet cove with great views. The dock was very nice and we were able to tie up the boat and swim all week. House was well equipped for cooking and sleeping arrangements for all. Plenty of parking as well. Thank you for sharing your lake home with us. Can't wait to come back

Everything you need at the lake!

This place was perfect! Swim dock, boat dock, covered deck, uncovered deck, fire pit, sinks in every room, new floors, new faucets, cushy new carpet for our crawling baby, huge kitchen, comfy beds, great location, quiet and calm cove!! We loved every minute of our stay! It was a much needed escape from COVID-19 reality!

We are long time Colorado residents that have been vacationing in the Lake of the Ozarks for more than 25 years. Our long time dream has been to own a home on a lake and in mid-2019 we made this dream come true. We have been the owners of many different water toys, trading them in at times on race cars. Our family weekends are either at a 1/4 drag strip, or at the lake. Spending quality time with our kids has been very important to us, and being able to watch them grow and become passionate about our same interests has been very fulfilling!

We looked at many properties (about 35-40 homes) before finally finding this one. We fell in love with the quiet & calm water within the large cove. We wanted to find a house that would allow us and others to reminisce about the past, make new memories, and look forward to coming back to the area in the future. We hope to be able to retire at the Lake, and believe this house would be a great place to enjoy that part of life.

Easy access to the house with paved roads all the way to the property. Large cove with deep, calm water to enjoy. Two docks, decks across the the front of the house with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature & the fabulous views. A great fire pit. Along with all the natural beauty outside, the recently remodeled house has just as much to offer on the inside.
